They are a good and professional company. They do this remotely so you have no input into what they are removing. I had to call back and get them to put back some programs that I liked. They were very good about the second call. Would like the service better if they kept you on the phone while they did their work to ask about programs instead of just deleting what they don't like.

Spencer was very professional; listened to the issues I presented, asked questions for clarification and provided additional information when I asked questions in return. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand without talking down to me.

It took about 3 hours and they removed about 35 malware programs that were installed on my computer.The tech also told me what to look for to find any new malware programs that might get installed on my computer in the future. They also installed a great malware program that I can run to search for malware programs. Great experience and defiantly would use this company again.

In my first call I reached Thomas who was answering calls and making appointments that morning. He was very generous with his time and advice. I restored my computer and the virus went away. The next day, I spoke with Donna by appointment. She remotely connected to my computer, and she made sure I had no other viruses or lingering problems. Both of these people were professional, generous with advice, and caring. I had lots of reservations about calling an out of town service and letting strangers work on my computer, but I am a devoted customer now--wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The service was very reasonably priced and payment was easy. I highly recommend them.

They came and got right into my computer she explained everything she was going to do. She spent two hours working on my computer. She made great recommendations, it was great service and I would use them again.

Unfortunately turned out my system needs a new Hard Drive. Provider very helpful and supportive with guidance as to get this replaced. Also offered $100 coupon options since service was not completed, including angies list refund. Appreciated this.

I had my hard drive replaced, and decided to wait for several months before contacting Alexander again. Unfortunately, I was traveling quite a bit and lost track of the time. Since a year had passed, I did not attempt to contact him again. Although I did not receive the full computer diagnosis I had hoped for, because of my failure to follow up, I was pleased with the service he had provided.

Everything went well. She gave me some very good advice and took extra time to answer some questions I had.

My PC was performing poorly. This service was performed remotely. That is a big plus as there was no need to haul my PC to some shop and hope they could finish the service in 'a few days'. Donna Vogler cleaned up my system within 3 hours and restored its functionality. She was prompt, responsive, and professional. Altanta Technical also made themselves available if I had any questions or problems with their service. I definitely will use them, if I have a need, in the future. I heartily recommend this company for your PC needs.

Donna was wonderful. She installed software that helps create a visual interface for Windows 8 that resembles Windows 7 to provide me with more straight-forward access to my files. She ran performance tests, which determined that most of my issues were related to our internet service, but she provided me with Power Cycle instructions to help maintain my modem in optimal condition. She helped schedule maintenance tasks to run weekly at a convenient time, so that I can leave my computer on the same night each week for these clean-up activities. And in between these activities, she helped increase my knowledge of my computer and how it works. She's terrific and will be my go-to "techie" from now on!

I called. They called me back to set up a time to work together. The call didn't come. We rescheduled, and I got delayed getting home. Never heard from them again.
