Description of Work: They scanned and cleaned files on the computer searching for a possible virus which was causing bounce-back on emails. The problem may have resolved itself prior to the work as they did not find the problem showing up. However, it was a very comprehensive cleaning which may have eliminated some other issues.

Description of Work: The service was professional and thorough. It involved a 4-hour examination in depth of the innards of my computer. Many unnecessary or outdated files were deleted, and settings were re-set. 319 pieces of malware were detected, none of them dangerous, but only unnecessary and inconvenient. I am pleased with the services of this company.

I have searched through 6 months of records and I show that emailed this member on 5/2/2015. As of this writing, we have never heard back from this member and have not completed any work for them. I have sent them another email asking them to call us and schedule their appointment. Since we haven't completed any work for this member, we cannot see any reason for the poor review. We're sorry that this member was unhappy with his cleanup. For about 90% of our clients that purchase the cleanup, they experience 100% satisfaction that the cleanup solved the issues they were experiencing. Furthermore, the cleanup often finds issues the member was completely unaware of. The cleanup is a set, proprietary procedure with more than 40 steps. It takes our technicians up to 4 hours to complete the cleanup. It is a great value at just $99. I tried to contact this member in several different ways to find out why he was unhappy but he has not gotten back to us. We tell our clients to call us back if they continue to experience any issues what-so-ever and send them an email with all of our contact information. This member did not contact us, he just left us a bad review. We are more than happy to help him he just needs to let us know (we don't have ESP). Our number is 877-349-4830.
