Description of Work: They performed as promised However, the tune-up process process failed to resolve an issue I was having with windows 10. It was failing to download apps or open attachments and would not load a required driver or any updates. I was hopeful that the tune-up might fix this for me but knew it was not a sure bet. the tech did spend some additional time trying to resolve my issue but was not able to find the problem. I have used this firm before and will use them again.

Description of Work: Debug and get rid of computer viruses. The individual not only solved our computer issues but also gave tips on what to do and not to avoid viruses and malware. She also installed a free anti malware program on my computer. The service was prompt, quick and thorough! I would definitely use Alexander again!

Description of Work: I called about a problem installing some software and made an appointment for them to work on my PC remotely. As an aside, Spencer made a suggestion that he said may fix the problem. His suggestion worked...enabling me to cancel the appointment. To me, this is an example of a businessman who's main interest is the customer...not the money that he could charge. I would not hesitate to call him again if my PC needs any attention.

Description of Work: Spencer Alexander performed a miracle on my 11-year-old HP laptop! He worked for 5 hours ferreting out hundreds of malware, spyware, trojan horses, and even found a rootkit problem (hope I described that last one correctly)... Description of Work: Tuned up our computer. It was a real mess and now it is humming like new. These guys are really easy to work with and know their stuff. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They called at the appointed time and basically said I did not have enough memory for all my photos but that my computer was now all cleaned up. Didn't fix my problem with my google mail. I'll have to either eliminate lots of photos or buy more memory from Norton.

Description of Work: He used a software that I needed to download and open designed to allow him remote access to my computer. He then checked through many issues on my computer and adjusted it to run better without overheating. I'm very pleased with his polite and knowledgeable service.

Description of Work: They cleaned up my computer. Removed malware, etc. Took about 3-4 hours. Very nice and professional.

Description of Work: They checked my Lenovo for viruses and malware, cleaned up problems found and gave me some advice for the future. All in all, I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Thomas was very helpful. However after they did work on my machine I a file (.dll) that would not load for several programs. I tried to download it as he suggested and it is still messed up. There was a conflict between MS Security Essentials and Webroot which I eventually fixed on my own. I think this is a very good service for poeple that do not know how to do routine maintenance but it seemed like kind of a waste for me.
