Description of Work: I needed to know how to print the photos on my computer. Spencer went through it but I needed to have him explain it while I wrote each step down. Spencer was extremely accommodating and very patient. | |

Description of Work: I called and told the tech my problem. As I told him my password problem he was very patient with me and he came to the conclusion that I need to physically take my computer to someone else. He told me what to tell them at no cost to me. Would definitely use them in the future!

Description of Work: Spencer did a total computer tuneup and addressed some Internet connection issues. He's a total pro and always solves whatever computer problems I'm having. I swear by this company.

Description of Work: Remoted into my laptop to install some virus software, completely clean up my laptop and make it run faster. It took about 4 hours but I did not have to sit through the entire process. Very nice man. Glad I did it. I think it would have cost more if taken to a store and then would have had to go back and forth to pick it up. This was a much better use of my time.

Description of Work: They helped me load software onto my computer after it was hit with malware. |They were helpful, courteous, professional; I would recommend them and use them again should I incur other computer problems.

Description of Work: My computer had severe issues i.e. taking forever to start, having to run as administrator, virus protection not running properly and all sorts of messages concerning program malfunctions. It took approximately 3.5 to 4 hours to get all issues repaired. They did resolve every problem the computer had. It is now weeks later and all is still well. I did create a restore point immediately after the gentleman did the needed repairs so that if I have future problems I can do a rollback to that date. I am very pleased with the work done as well as the price for it.

Description of Work: They put me in at the end of the day and I felt like they were kind of throwing the job away. They were more interested in getting home. I had used them once before and thought they were great but this time. Pretty much tossed the money down the toilet. They said it was one thing and would be well after they removed it.I felt they were dismissive of the issue and didn't want to bother to see it resolved. What they did didn't solve the issue. I ended up taking it elsewhere.
