Very professional, good job, would highly reccommend

Everything went very well. Randy came over the same day that I call Atlanta Tech Resources. He took the laptop and returned it the next day and everything was satisfactory.

It was a very good experience. I really enjoyed working with the guy that came out. I would use them again.

It went very nice. He was thorough and took his time. He did a good job.

They were very fair on their pricing. I had a dual monitor card on the new computer that he sold me. The cable for the duel monitor did not come with the computer. He said that he was going to send me the cable but I have never received it. UPDATE (03/31/2010) Alexander Technologies did resolve the issue and supplied me with the proper cables for my second monitor.

He's a good guy. He was really helpful and was able to help me solve the problem. He's going to be coming back out again.

I had seen Atlanta Technical Resources in Angie's List Magazine and decided to give them a call instead of bringing the other company back in for the repair. Their service was a total 180 degree difference from what I had experienced with this other company. Randy was professional, knowledgable, courteous, and personable. He explained everything he was doing and made sure all my questions were answered. He also indicated to me what the other company's technician who had worked on my computer, had apparently done for my computer to still have problems. Unlike the previous company's technician I had dealt with, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend ATR to anyone for their computer repair needs. And, the service performed was at a reasonable cost, unlike the previous company. I would use Atlanta Technical Resources again with out hestitation.

I spoke with Spencer over the phone. He ordered the hinge for my daughter's Dell laptop. He quoted me a price for the hinge and the labor. He told me that if the cover was broken that it would need to be replaced as well. Spencer picked up the laptop at my house. He called me the next day to let me know that a new cover was needed. He ordered the cover on Friday morning. It arrived on Monday morning and the laptop was delivered on Monday evening. The cost was the price that was quoted to me. I was very pleased with everything and would definitely use them again.

I'm submitting this report on my now working computer. Spencer was able to retrieve nearly everything; once he brought back the computer he used my external hard drive and security suite to find everything else. He was a pleasure to work with, and spent many hours trying to find every last file on my computer. I've already recommended him to a friend.

Great experience...I was able to schedule service with Randy the same afternoon...he had to take the computer tower due to all the work that was needed. A few days later, I heard from Spencer(the owner)that the computer was ready and he brought it to my house and set up the system again.

Spencer, the owner, was my consultant. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and I will use his services again. I strongly recommend Atlanta Technical Resources to anyone that has the need for PC repair and/or upgrade/purchase needs.

I called in the morning and got an immediate response. Spencer came out in the afternoon, was here for 2 hours and fixed my problem. I thought the hourly price is very reasonable...I would definitely use this service again in the future....

After getting Spencer's name from Angie's List I called him to try to fix an old computer. He came to the house, picked up the computer and took it to his shop. A couple of days later he called to let me know the motherboard had failed rendering that computer obsolete. He transferred all the data from the hard drive to DVD and removed the hard drive for me. Total cost for these services was $40. He then worked with me to configure a new system that met my needs, and ordered it from Dell. Once it arrived he brought it out, set it up and configured a wireless network in my house. This set up a network with 4 computers that now share resources securely. Spencer was great. He was knowledgeable professional and tool my sometimes unusual requests in stride. He worked for about 4 hours and at that time was finished. My overall cost above included the computer system.

Went well, took a little longer (and therefore more costly) then I expected (but not out of line).

If you work with professional sound and video double monitors, go see them. They are distributors and do repairs very efficiently. They do a very professional job. They fixed my laptop in no time.

I found him to be extremely qualified to repair my computers. He is the type of person who solves problems, rather than giving excuses as to why he cannot solve a problem. I had brought one of the computers to two other so-called reputable repair facilities, and they could not determine what was wrong, but Spencer was able to diagnose and repair accurately. I know a lot of people who think it is impossible to find excellent, knowledgeable service any more, especially in the realm of technology, but Spencer will restore your faith.

Spencer arrived less than an hour after I called and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes time. Very good at what he does and highly recommended.

Job 1: Very professional and friendly. Work done when convenient for me and completed quickly. Response to a different issue was swift. Spencer was great and easy to understand - unlike some computer experts. Job 2: I called up Spencer and let him know we had a power related shutdown and surge. He walked me through getting things up and running again and then scheduled to come out 3 days later. He came into the store and spent about 45 minutes making everything all right.

They helped us out very quickly and did the work requested. My employees who use these machines have not reported any further problems.

This company has become our IT problem solvers. Excellent work, fast, reliable and with a personal touch. Dependability at it's best.
