They did what they said they were going to do competently! I would use them again and recommend them to others!

I was so happy - all my problems were resolved. I could never have sorted this out by myself as I had lots of problems!

The hard drive completely crashed. We were able to figure out that the computer was unable to be repaired remotely. They gave us a referral and we had to ship our hard drive out to be replaced. They were very, very nice.

We found him to be professional and knowledgable. He paid attention to detail and provided specific instructions.

They called at the agreed upon time of the appointment. We connected remotely and they performed the services for each computer. Then after the first session, I contracted for additional work which they performed as well.

I had an Angie's list certificate for $45 for 30 minutes of service. My Office programs kept crashing, so I called and left a message. Spencer Alexander returned my call within 15 minutes. I allowed him remote access to my computer, and he looked around, asked a few questions, deleted some files, and installed a program that automatically detects and fixes program glitches. After about ten minutes, it seemed as though the problem had been fixed. After I hung up, though, the computer started acting up again. I called back, and he suggested that I try the automatic program he had installed and left on my desktop and call back if that didn't fix the problem. I did as he suggested and got the computer running well enough that I could continue working, although various programs continued to crash for another two or three weeks. Every time it happened, I ran the program again, and now it seems as though the glitches are all worked out...? Fingers crossed. The computer certainly runs much better than it did before, and it's nice to have the tool available. At first I was a little put off that my computer wasn't really fixed and he left it in my hands, but in the end, I appreciated that he did not charge me extra to keep running a program I can run myself but instead provided me with the program and showed me how to use it.

Called and scheduled appointment. Technician was on time. He analyzed situation did some troubleshooting and gave me my options. He then did his magic and everything tested out.

No service after several attempts. I lost my money that I paid.

They did a great job, we are now virus free and our computer still runs great. They were also very professional when I cancelled/rescheduled the appointment not one but TWO times. That spoke volumes about their commitment to customer service. Will use them anytime I can.

Please see above - I would never use this service again. The tech was rude and impatient. He did not like me asking questions and never let me know what he did or did not do. I was never so disappointed - the biggest waste of money since I have had problems with my virus protection ever since. Gale Kurtz

The 2 hour session went very well. Remote suppor tworked successfully .

Due to my computer's poor performance, we initially had difficulty connecting by internet. Provider was patient, though, and ultimately worked after hours in completing services as promised.

The computer had mysteriously stopped connecting to the internet. I called ATR after much frustration including running every trouble shooter present on the computer manufacturer, router, and tech individual tech support from Dell and Cisco, the manufacturer of the router; even my TV internet tech. Frustrated at every turn I finally called ATR who got on line and had the issue fixed by literally having me push a button on the console of my laptop.

Alexander requires connection to network to that a remote log in can be established. Unfortunately by the time I sought help, I could no longer connect. Alexander was unable to help me but was patient and provided insight as to what my problem was. Very friendly and would certainly use in the future if I do have other problems.

It went very well. The technician had some initial problems with the remote access software, but solved them and completed the job.

It was excellent. The lady I spoke with, Donna, was very helpful. She gave me a lot of information that I didn't know about.

Spencer called at the appointed time and spent close to two hours with me assessing my mail problem and pursuing clues. Long story short: he found the setting errors; we made the appropriate changes; after rebooting my computer one more time everything is working as it should! The next day Donna spent another 45 minutes or so diagnosing my computer problem, installed helpful software and ran it. Now, a week later, I don't recall the other measures she took but I can tell you she has my PC humming with no slowdowns at all. Spencer and Donna were professional and friendyl. I felt that they had genuine concern and were committed to making things right. I highly recommend their service.

Did not solve any problem - which turned out to be nothing all that bad when I had to have another service come to actually get things working when these folks could not. I was told to call back if the problem was not solved - which I did. At that time I was routed to the personal phone of the tech who had helped me and she was on a day off so I felt shuffled around, pushed aside and that I had bothered her.

It took more time then they or I expected because my connection is so slow. The company worked 3-4 hours to clean up my dinosaur computer. Not sure if there is any one that could improve the speed but it was worth $80.00 to give it a tune up and see what happens. As it is still slow, however I am pleased with the service and effort. I knew ahead that next year would need to purchase a new computer. On November 9,2012 Mr. Alexander contacted me himself to look into my computer and be sure there were not any underdlying problems, again it is my connection. He was professional and I really appreciated his expertise as far as whom to contact in the area for a faster speed. I am confident and delighted that the owner contaced me and helped me through this process. Great experience and I will recommend to family and friends !!

Went over time, did not charge additional fee. Was busy, did delay start time, but very professional.

First, it is confusing because they are listed on here as Alexander's Technical Repair, but all correspondence from them was from Atlanta Technical Repair, so I suggest straightening out the name because I couldn't find Atlanta Technical Repair, as I forgot is was listed here as Alexander TR. Anyway, Spencer was very nice and did a good job of explaining what he was going to do and what was wrong with my computer. I was a little hesitant at first because my agreed upon time came and went, with no call, but when I called he explained that they were behind and busier than he expected, which is understandable, but when dealing with people over the phone you never know if they will come through. Once we got connected though, it was great. Spencer was professional and did a great job of fixing my computer. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. He looked on line for the exact part I needed and gave me the part information so I could order the correct one when I got on-line. He offered to look at my computer for free after I ordered and replaced the part to make sure it was running well. I haven't contacted him to do that because my computer is running well and I don't think he needs to take the time to look at it again. I would definitely use them again for any computer problems I had. They were reasonable in price and did an excellent job, and I am not at all tech-savvy, but he explained it to me in easy to understand technical language. I would definitely recommend them for service. Very trustworthy and willing to help, even going above and beyond what was promised. Well worth the $80!!!!
