Donna Vogler did the work. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but courteous, efficient, and more than willing to share a list of software to avoid (including some I wouldn't have expected!) because each program runs (and stays open) continuously making it susceptible to viruses and malware. All in all, it was delightful to work with Donna, and the results of her work were excellent. I will definitely use this provider in the future, and will share my experiences with friends.

It was great, Thomas while doing a routine cleaning to find unwanted or needed programs found that my computer had 2 virus that had been taken care of by my anti-virus program. Then while he was trying to uninstall a program and it would not let him he figured it out and did it. Thomas is a very persistant worker he is going to try to find it. He went far and beyond my expectations to getting the solution resolved. I don't think Thomas likes to be defeated by a machine, Go Thomas Go Thomas. I also got to speak with Donna and she was extremely nice very passionate about the quality of service they provide. ATR is my new go to computer service. They will dig deep to help solve the problem.

I certainly want to add my overall A's to their ratings.. Particularly Donna Volger who was a pleasure to deal with. She was a professional in every sense of the word. She got my PC working better than it has in a long time. I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

They were very professional and called exactly when they said they would. My computer hadn't been working for years and they removed the virus and restored it to an operational (once more) laptop.

Donna called setup our appointment time. she called promptly at the designated time. after asking what are issues were she proceeded to do the repairs. the repair took longer then the allotted time but she did not charge us any more a did a good job

On time, polite, professional! Our family computer had so much junk on it and I wasn't sure how to fix. She cleared everything out that we didn't use, wouldn't use or hadn't used. She also removed all of AOL files. Computer runs like it did when it was new!

Spencer was friendly, courteous, and beyond awesome in the knowledge area. I wish I could have used a recorder to tape all the great stuff he shared, much of which I have already forgotten. No time was wasted; some items from my old computer were transferred onto the new one, he showed me how to basically get around to e-mail and general internet browsing, and some of the quirks of Windows 8. Spencer is a real gem. I'd trust him with my computer anytime.

NOTE: the service was not free. I do not have in front of me the exact cost, but it was quite reasonable. This was the 2nd time I'd used this service provider. I selected ATR on the basis of the many positive reviews on A.L. Both times Spencer Alexander's work was excellent, efficient, professional, and also important, it was easy for me, a non-techie, to communicate with him. I would call him again in a flash...and not hesitate to recommend him to others. Service was via remote connection. I do not like to leave my laptop at a shop.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out real well. It was done very quickly and they were very professional about it. I would recommend them.

Everything went very well. A few problems were found and everything was corrected. I was very satisfied with the work and will use the company again. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their computer.

I called and spoke with one of the representatives. I explained the issue that I was having with my computer and she asked if I could log into the computer in safe mode. She walked me through it to see if I could get to a point where they could remote in. When we couldn’t get to the desktop, she apologized and let me know what was going on. She said I would need to take it to a service center. She was very professional and I appreciated her time.

Donna was my technician. We started out my talking about what was going on with my pc and what I use the pc for. Once all that was addressed she logged on to my system and said she would contact me by phone if she needed anything, She proceeded to work on the computer until she had it running very well. I could see what she was doing at all times and if I had a concern or questions there was an open chat available to me to contact her. She was very professional and very pleasant. She answered all the questions I had about what I could do to help protect my pc in the future and made recommendations about this. She also suggested that since I am on the internet about 4-5 hours a day that I have this service done once a year. She also informed me that if I have questions in the future that I could contact them. I was very pleased with the service.

Great! I read the reviews and was pleasantly surprised that everything went as described. Donna called at the exact time, she was extremely helpful and personable, and it took her about 5 hours. My computer is working great and I couldn't be happier!

Excellent . Service was prompt and professional . Also , very courteous . My computer runs much better now . And it took only a minimum of my time . Once we connected and spent 10 or so minutes together Alexander's took over remotely and did the rest .

They worked very hard for about 5 hours.

My laptop had a really bad virus that basically paralyzed my whole System. I saw them on Angies List and signed up. They called on time and with in an hr they were Finished. I had to let a program finish that they ran Nd that was it... My Laptop was Working again...i have pd other providers 200 and up for this service... It was also nice that they work mobily. Will use them. Again!

My experience with Alexander Technical Resources was fine. He was able to make the computer go faster and he did it in relatively short period of time. He was very professional and he logged in using a remote desktop so that he was able to do everything he needed to do. So, I really didn't even have to stick around for him to do it. I think he was able to do it in about an hour or two and then it was done. I think it was money well spent. The price was fine. I know what it costs to do these kinds of things and I think it was in line.

They found a couple of problems that I needed to go to a technician to have it fixed. because it cannot be fixed remotely. The price was very competitive compared to what local companies charge.

I called Alexander Technical Resources because my Internet Explorer did no longer work and was given a prompt appointment for the next day by Donna. The computer service consisted of a remote means of accessing my home computer through a program called ?Citrix?. Donna could actually ?see? my computer and perform checks from her office, while we were also connected by phone. During the whole process, I was able to watch her moving the computer mouse to various parts on the hard drive, in order to diagnose the problem. It took her about an hour and a half to fix it and she was able to explain to me why the Explorer had probably stopped functioning. I was very impressed by Donna?s know-how, professionalism and expertise. I was delighted to have my Internet Explorer function back in working order.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it came out really good. It took about a third of the time the technician thought it was going to take. Within 30 minutes everything was done, so I am happy. I did not shop by price, I just found somebody that could do what I wanted.

I just made an appointment and they gave me a call back and they just logged into my computer and went through it and checked it out. They did a little bit of cleaning. It was done over the phone. They were super nice, super fast and they seemed to be super professional. After they've finished they asked me if there was anything else I needed to do. They fixed everything I needed. I could tell a difference after they was done with the computer. I can't complain about anything. They did everything I expected from them. They made an appointment from the call the next morning. They called right on time, actually a little early. It was all good. I thought the pricing was good.

They cleaned up my 3 yr old computer and solved the issues I was having with it. It took almost 3 1/2 hrs to complete but well worth it. I worked with Spencer and Donna. Both very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me since I'm not too tech savvy. Will keep them in mind for future issues.

Lots of obselete files were removed from our computer. Also, repairs were made to our drive to enable the computer to function more efficiently by the provider. The staff was prompt and very professional. Donna, who serviced us, was very patience and willing to answer questions and work with us seniors who were not as computer savvy as the provider.

It went very well - Donna (the person to worked on my computer) called on time, remotely logged onto my computer, asked all the right questions, got right to work. When she had finished, she called me and while I was on the phone and we could both see my computer monitor, explained what she had done, asked several questions to complete her work, listened and answered my questions, told me if I needed to check with her over the next several weeks, how to reach her, and then logged off of my computer, had me reboot so she couldn't get back on, and she was done. The work took less than two hours, was professional and was pleasant.
