We called N. Ga Window and got a preliminary quote from Rebecca over the phone, the same day. (We had all exact measurements and variables.) I very much wanted Fiberglass windows and they were one of the few window companies that had access to that material. My spouse was more interested in a provider that could do stucco repair around the window we were replacing, or even replace the stucco with either brick or stone. North Ga Window did not offer that service, not to mention, they were more expensive, even when I asked for their price on a PVC window, instead. They, also, did not include painting the inside or outside of the window in their quote. That would have cost an additional $1.050, as compared to their competitor. Overall, they were $2234.00 more expensive in their quote. I did give, N . Ga. Windows an opportunity to counter, by letting them know they were more expensive. They did not reply back. Needless to say, we went with the other provider for the reasons listed above and are very happy with are decision.

Fast, friendly service. They did all the work in a timely manner, answered all my questions and verified that I was completely satisfied before I left. They also found and corrected another unrelated issue free of charge.

Almost perfect, though the windows were delayed due to the new year / Christmas holiday, the windows look better than i thought they would. Granted wood windows look slightly better...they do not have the efficiency and maintenance free features that vinyl windows offer. I had three side by side windows transformed into one large window; it look great and no cold air draft. They were able to cut out the old dividers and make it look like it was originally that way...both inside and out! Ask them about Laminated windows, we used in noisy area of the house to reduce outdoor noise. It made a big difference. The installation crew lead Joel was excellent....Great job N. Their representative was very thorough in looking at what we needed and provided a detailed proposal . We had a few challenges we were looking for solution and they offered some very good solutions . North Georgia did a great job and their installers worked hard and were very good to work with. They came back after the job was done and did any touch ups that were needed.We feel they offer a premium window at a good value. I would recommend them if you are needing windows and doors.

It was excellent. Any issues that I saw they would correct right away. The windows were done in 4 phases.

They arrived with a crew of four and, as promised, got all the work done in one day. For the most part furniture was correctly replaced and there was no cleanup necessary after they left. The windows are snug, and they can be completely cleaned - even the outside panes - from inside the house. With the arrival of cold weather, we can already tell a difference in the responsiveness of our thermostat and the size of our power bills. My husband and I are very pleased with the overall experience. Something we should have done years ago.

After a bit of administrative reorganization, Ted offered to manage my project to completion. He provided me with a schedule of when to expect my door and arranged an install date and a final paint. The crew was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I couldn't have been more happy with Ted for taking the lead on my project, the install crew(Brian and crew) and painter(Carl). All were very attentive to detail and gave me the impression they wanted the project to be completed to my ultimate satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Ted and Brian for my next door/window project.

North Georgia Replacement Windows was very professional and honest about the potential issues for my window replacement job. I had plantation shutters that I wanted to keep in place. They were the only company to admit that there may be issues, and they suggested a narrower window frame that might work. Once I selected them, they came back to closely measure to insure that the windows would indeed work with the shutters. I also wanted to keep the outside wood trim, and they were the only window company with this option. They were also able to special order the profile that I wanted, even though it was no longer the standard profile. They were professional at all stages - the sales process, the installation process, and the follow-up. They kept me informed at all stages. One of the windows had a small crack that was discovered after the installation, and they replaced it quickly, at no cost. The only small complaint I have is that they were a bit late on one day, but they completed the job on time. They were not the low price supplier, but neither were they the most expensive. I thoroughly researched both the installer and the window manufacturer, and feel that I definitely made the right choice in choosing North Georgia Replacement Windows.

The appointment time changed a couple of times but they did get to me close to the agreed on time. The work was done quickly, it was good quality work and they did a good job cleaning up and putting a heavy bed back into it's original space. One of the window blinds had to be removed and it wouldn't go back on the bracket. They took extra time, removed the bracket and remounted it so that the blind could be put back. I'm quite pleased with the whole experience.

This supplier was excellent! They were on time and they started the work right when they said they would. They took out the old window and repaired all the rotted wood in the window seal. Put in the new window and then "wrapped" the window just as it was before the started. I have a large picture window on the front of my home and I plan on having theis company replace it in 2014.

I've used NGRW before; they actually replaced an old wooden french door with energy efficient, easy clean and maintenance free sliding french doors. They're the focal point of my home... I LOVE THEM. They had quoted me a price back in 2009 when I had the french doors replaced for the paladium window, and WHO KNEW, but the estimate I got back then was used for this project. I looked on Angies List after I scheduled the estimate and saw that they offered upgraded windows as well. I sent Matt (sales guy) an email asking about it, and he was "ON IT"... I didn't get the 15% off because using the 2009 estimate was even less money... I'll update this when the window is completed, but I'm confident they will be absolutely fabulous!!

I am crazy about them. They were fantastic. Their price was great and because of a discount that we got through Angie's List if they come back and do some more work they will actually honor that discount, because they are one of the special with Angie's List people. They were like, you have got another window here that we could redo if you want to and we will match the same price with the discount. There is nothing that I did not like about them. The person who came out and did the presentation was honest and clear about what they offered as a product and what they could deliver and what price that they would do the work at. So, I felt very comfortable with the gentleman who gave the presentation. Then when the workmen came they worked fast and they worked clean, and they did a great job. I am sitting here and looking at their work right now and it is beautiful. What really made me decide at the first place to use them really came down to the price and product, as much as anything else. Also we had a specific problem and their solution to the problem was better than anybody else. So, I liked the product, I liked the price and I liked the solution that the guy was able to give to me as apposed to the other five companies that we looked at and their options and price.

Very well from the salesman's initial visit to installation of the windows and patio doors. Salesman was very knowledgeable, brought samples and very professional. Answered all my questions and provided excellent service. The installation went as planned with no hitches. Installers arrived on time, performed the work and cleaned up everything. Was very happy with my purchase.

WOW, there is a company that cares about the consumer! After all, that is how a company remains in business for so many years. After living here for 4 years and being ripped off monetarily and through poor workmanship by several individuals and companies, oh what a relief NGRW is!! After not using the same company my neighbor used to replace her roof, and running into serious problems with the company that I chose, I decided that I should seriously follow her lead in replacing my windows. I was apprehensive, of course, asked questions appropriately, and never felt that I was a nuisance or inconvenience to anyone. Amanda and whoever else is in the office represents the company very well. The same applies to all of the workers. I had to look at the windows several times for several days because I could not believe it. Every one was very professional, considerate, I did not feel as if they did not thoroughly know what they were doing (what a relief), etc. They cleaned the windows, showed me how to operate them, told me what kind of paint to use, etc. The windows and doors cost more than I expected because I did replace them with PVC rather than vinyl; however, several companies suggested that for my particular house I should not use vinyl. My neighbor had also recommended PVC as well. I never thought that I would find a company to do such excellent work and with excellent manners and professionalism. It was good. Sales guy was nice and came on-time. I never met or saw or heard from the installers. There was no mess, no marks, no damage, no oil stains, coke cans, etc. It look like the new windows just "appeared." That is my kind of installation.

They were often slow to respond to my calls and I had to follow-up a few times myself to be sure things were on track. It almost seemed they might not have wanted my business. But even with this, I am very satisified with the quality of the product and the work performed.

They are incredible. The sales people were very knowledgable and good to work with. The show room was top quality. The installers were also wonderful. They replaced anything that wasn't top quality.

They were so thorough and so professional: the salesman, the office personnel, and the three installers, that it almost scares me. Can any company be really this good! I can't think of a single clitch or problem. Everyone we had contact with was personable, knowledgeable, and competent. The windows look beautiful and we've already had compliments. The house is quieter and feels more evenly warm throughout.

They were great. We will be using them again. We didn't have any problems. They had to make the windows. It was about what we expected. The installers were nice and they cleaned up after themselves. They vacuumed inside and out. They did whatever we asked and they answered any questions we had. They followed up. The price was about what we expected. They quoted us and everything was dead on. If we called with questions, they answered. We will use them again.

By Monday, a company representative called to say the owner had decided $200.00 was sufficient for the repair team and John's time. I was thrilled as another company was going to charge me about the same price just to place the old window back while a new one was ordered. NGRW took the time to return my deposit and send a thank you note. I was struck with the professionalism of all the employees I interacted with at NGRW. Given the cost of a replacement window, I was thrilled Anthony attached the old window in such a way no one would notice the damage, it's sealed properly and the remuneration was deemed fair by both parties. As an aside while John was here, I asked him to provide me with an estimate for replacing my screens in the sun room with windows. This was the fourth company I interviewed. Each of the previous companies had a problem with such a large window ? one offering to have one center picture window with two smaller side lights, the second saying they could do it but would have to have a very large frame all around taking up to four inches out of the view all around and the third just said they couldn?t do it ? in fact, they said, if you want "quality windows, we?re not the company for you, but rather we should call North Georgia Replacement Windows"! So I did. I have 12 years experience in construction, architectural design and more in quality assurance and I have never seen so much attention to detail and dedication to do a perfect installation. Even after the job was complete and the team was ready to leave, one of them spotted a spot on the window and they came back to remove it. The fellow on the outside (on a scaffolding) spent a considerable amount of time with a tiny razor blade trimming all the excess caulking to a degree that I found way over and beyond. The end result was the most perfect installation I have ever seen. I highly recommend them and in fact have asked for another quote on a window in our bedroom. Their pricing was also slightly lower than the midrange for the three quotes I received.

NGR arrived at 9am, just as promised. By 3:30 they were finished. The guys that came out were very professional and did an excellent job. They did run into a bit of a problem when they put the Pet Door back in. Due to the way it wanted to fit, it was going to leave air-space preventing the den door from sealing as it should. We discussed what to do to solve the problem, due to the fact my main reason for getting the doors was to save energy. The contractor told me that NGR could order a wider and thicker seal for the den door and add a strip of Weather stripping where their door came together with the pet door. I told him if that would solve the problem, then lets do it. I asked him how much more out of pocket expense this would be and I was informed NONE. When they were done and it was time to pay them, they wanted a check for entire amount. That's when I started to negociate. I told him couldn't due that since they were going to have to order other type of seals and install them. I will not pay for a job that's not complete. NGR worked with me on that issue as well. I paid half of what I owed and will pay other half when I get the other seals, which should be sometime next week. THANK YOU NGR. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!
