Guys called ahead and let me know approx. arrival time. They introduced themselves and told me what they were going to do. I was updated a couple of time during the process. The invoice was camped to me was more than quoted but when I showed them the quote start the charge was adjusted to less amount.

Really great working with Arbor. I highly recommend them for any insulation needs. Matt came out to provide an estimate to improve the drafts in my townhouse. He is really knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain his findings and his recommendations. He was able to suggest and prioritize the recommended work for my house and the best ROI for my circumstances. The day of work was great. Taylor, Kelly and Zip were very professional and cleaned up before leaving. Taylor even took before and after pictures for me. And on top of it all, they are filing the Ga Power rebate paperwork for me so that I get almost half of the expense back. Easy. Makes me wonder why I didn't do this long before now.

He performed a professional inspection and made recommendations to improve our home. Installation completed on Jan 26. 2016 and a savings of 1239 CFM was saved. Great job by two professional.

It was okay. They offered me some extra services that I didn't take advantage of. The pricing was okay. They didn't force me to buy anything. It was a reasonable offer if I wanted to take advantage of. I just didn't feel, with the information that I had, that there was anything actionable that I could have done to really help with insulation. The bottom line was, once they did all the assessment, they said, "Well, your house is pretty well insulated."

We not taken advantage of the insulation offer because the visit by the representative was primarily a sales job. We were not interested in having a lot of work done, primarily because of the possibility of Georgia 400 and MARTA expansion. The representative did not do any sort of air leakage test, which was part of the offer.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was done in our home. As is often the case on Angie's List deals, there are some upcharge opportunities, which we took advantage of. But, we felt like the price was fair. We have noticed immediately that our home stated cooler this summer, and I'm sure it is attributed to the insulation work.

I have been exploring the whole open cell foam option idea for over one year. I had Arbor Insulation Solutions come out one year ago when I was researching this option and the cost for my attic space. The first time they came out and quoted me for doing my entire roofline area, I thought it was pricey but then learned that the pricing was in order for this product. I was quoted $3,888. I had them back out because I'm getting bids to build out my attic space and am now in "serious" mode of getting this done. I had a couple of questions with the build out and wanted to see if possibly this might bring the price down a little. I found out that what they originally proposed was the best solution, the company came and measured again, no changes to the original service being supplied but the cost more than doubled and is now $8,848. Doing my own research all of the providers that I selected to quote have been in business doing spray foam for 8 years plus. They are top notched and not new to this product. All quotes I received were in line give or take roughly $1,000. But, to jump up $5,000 from the initial quote is insane in my opinion. Nothing against the quality of product because I decided not to go with them and won't be using them so I don't know the actual quality. My next door neighbor also had this same service quoted last year and their quote was roughly $1,000 more than mine but they have a larger home. I think I'm just surprised by the huge jump in cost.

Angie's deal was a total waste of money. The scoping out of my basement occurred only with the planned installation, which the actual providers determined was not doable. They did not offer to replace the old and tattered barrier, which presumably was somewhat serviceable. The workers, though polite, were happy enough to exit without doing anything. The offer came later to blow in insulation-- for the same same thousands of dollars planned for the original barrier strategy, which involved more effort in my opinion. I had no wish to proceed without getting other bids on that service. So as a consequence of circumstances and a signs ant disconnect between the company's sales and service, I got nothing at all for my Angies' fee-- except a considerable waste of time.

I originally contacted Arbor Insulation Solutions on 7/20 to schedule an appointment and it took until yesterday, 7/28 to connect with a representative and get an estimate scheduled. When you call the company an answering service fields the call and then a representative calls you back at his/her convenience. It took many rounds of phone tag until my free moment at work lined up with the representative's phone call. When I spoke to the representative, it took over 5 minutes to book the appointment, due to the ridiculous amount of information they require. Further, they scheduled the estimate date over two weeks from the date I spoke to the representative.Today, the same representative called me back to schedule an appointment, because she did not realize that we spoke yesterday. Arbor Insulation's scheduling system is so inefficient and frustrating that it makes me nervous to consider their company for any work at our home.
