This is a deal to get the company in the door so they can sell other services, however they were very polite when I told them I was only interested in the 500 sq feet of insulation. The initial visit is the consultation / sales visit and then any service has to be booked for another day. It took about 5 weeks from their initial visit until they returned to blow in the insulation, and that was after I placed 2 calls with no return call. Once a date was scheduled, the guys that did the insulation arrived right on time and completed the job very quickly and cleaned up the loose insulation.

Arbor insulation provided the service as a sub contractor and the work was performed very professionally. They put coverings over the floor and were friendly and quick. The work was perfect and they cleaned up very well after they were through.

The gentleman was on time, very professional and courteous, and did a thorough job. Afterward, he provided a comprehensive report full of helfpul advice on how to address his findings.

I bought my home in April, 2008. Until I had the insulation replaced, my downstairs was so cold that I "lived" upstairs during the winter. My upstairs was so hot in the summer that I had a window a/c put in my bedroom. The comfort of my house after Arbor Insulation came far exceeds my expectations. I can actually use both levels in my house in the winter. I am looking forward to seeing what a difference it makes in my upstairs in the summer. They were absolutely wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact they ran into a bit of a snag when they were getting ready to put the insulation up in my attic. The weather was creeping up there and they noticed I had a leak in my roof. It was susceptible from the inside, they could have just moved on and finished the job that day but they told me. I ended up getting somebody else to come and help me tear up part of the roof and I did some of it myself. They truly saved me out again. Then they came back and finished couple of weeks later. I met the owner and he was very personable and hands-on. I was real impressed with them. It’s just made good imprints in our house as well. He got in touch with me right away. He had to work with my schedule because I had some other work done around the house. I just scheduled it when it was completely free. They came out and there was no problem. The crew was great. They were personable and got the job done. They cleaned up behind themselves really well. It was a big deal purchase. They charged more than that because I had some additional work done. Unlike a lot of folks I actually read the deal. When I was talking with owner, he told that some people didn’t understand that. They do some sort of energy audit and there is some real interesting kinds behind it. I live on a fixed income but I was open to hearing about it at the end of the day. They test with the blower-door; I could kind of tell the before and after. I did have additional work done. They were really good.

The team arrived on time , set up , did the job in 30 min and where out here in 1 hour . Good Job !

The crew was professional and explained the service of the insulation up in our attic. We will call Arbor Insulation Solutions again in the future.. Arbor Insulations put tarp down so not to get my carpet soiled.

The blower door test showed that we had a fairly tight house. The infrared test was interesting, but I thought it could have been more specific. Overall I was hopeful to get a written report which I didn't receive.

So far almost 3 month later.... nothing happened !! Still standing by ...

They explained every little details and what I should expect from the work performed. Very professional, accurate and Respectful. It is a very flexible company and adapts to your needs. I recommend Arbor solutions and definitely call back again.

The inspection was not what I was expecting, I was hoping it would give me some insight on what I could do to insulate the house. Although he gave me a lot of information it was really a segue into using their service which seemed extremely expensive.

It was very good and I will probably use them for the job. It was a good deal. I had no issues with scheduling. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I told him right up from to not try to sell me anything and he was good at honoring that.

As noted in my postcard to you, this was a Bait and Switch project. The first person to come to my home tried to sell me a $1000 supplemental insulation project. I demurred and insisted on the advertised $99 promo from Angies List.

They did a great job they were very thorough. My home is a lot more efficient and warmer. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience I would highly recommend them to others.

Company was to install $500 of installation for $99. Appointment was scheduled, but the purpose of the appointment was for a sales presentation and "energy audit" and I was told that this was required before service could be provided. I told them this was not what I wanted and felt it was deceptive. They said they would initiate refund with Angies List, but after 1 week nothing has happened, so I am contacting you for a refund.

The service provider was courteous and knowledgeable about energy conversation. The total cost for the project, although reasonable, would not be cost efficient due to the number of years I expect to remain in the house. Nonetheless, the information provided will be of value in the future. Actions taken based on the recommendation have already covered the visit.

I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment to discuss what my home needed. After 4 attempts, I decided I don't want to do business with this company.

I ordered they emailed me once to tell me we got the order and we will contact you soon, 11/22 and nothing, I am done!

They inspected our home top to bottom and gave us a thorough report with regard to energy loss and health issues. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends!

Scott did a great job of talking us through his proposal and pointing out areas that some other contractors were not addressing. His crew was prompt, courteous and professional. Our attic now has a smooth cover of insulation and all the openings between the attic and the upstairs part of our house have been sealed. The attic stairway cover was a great addition to the job. We didn't have a cover before and it is easy to use and keeps the attic air from coming into our upstairs. Arbor Solutions did a great job.

Arbor Insulation Solutions was recommended to us by a friend and we are very pleased with our choice. We got several other quotes and their estimate was very competitive. The owner, Scott, explained the process and was very knowledgeable. The crew was punctual, polite and very respectful of our home. Our home has always been very drafty and we could feel the difference immediately. In addition, we can already see a significant reduction in our energy bills after just a few months! Would highly recommend having your home insulated and this company is top notch!

I wanted to get an energy audit performed on my house. I got the angie's list deal on the energy audit through Arbor Insulation. Overall, Arbor insulation was good. I did have trouble with a) scheduling an appointment and b) getting the report. Both things were resolved with few phone calls so no big deal. The audit was thorough and the report was pretty detailed as well. He did recommend few things that I can still do to improve efficiency of my Home. I am happy with the audit, the detail, and the recommendation.

The person they sent to the house (Richard) was wonderful. He gave a great and comprehensive quote. They have a price matching guarantee so I know the price they provide will be the lowest. In the end I decided to try and DIY the work. They were very understanding and even told me to let them know if i have any questions about what i am doing! A very stand up company. If the work proves too much for me I will definitely use them. Very low pressure sales group and supportive staff. Not trying a hard sell; more concerned with making sure you are happy. Would recommend!

It went well, they were on time and very busy the whole time they were here. We felt immediate improvement, with the HVAC running much less and the rooms remaining much more comfortable.

Don and crews arrived on time, completed work, used exhaust fans to control odors, and cleaned up thoroughly. After one day, we are already seeing an improvement in heat retention in this room.
