Key point is that my A/C runs much less, even at 77' inside and over 93' degrees outside. Leaving a door open will quickly heat the house, i.e. house is well sealed. My electric power bill dropped by around $200 a month this summer. Estimating around 5 years to recoup cost, more expensive compared to my other quotes but worth it. Get what you pay for might describe it, did a good job. Only downside was commutation difficulties with the sales person but the actual work was well managed and efficient, even cleaned up afterwards. Usually it works the other way around but I'm not complaining. ;)

The sales agent was very informative and made sure any and all of my questions were answered. He was also arrived on time and did a thorough investigation of the energy issues in my home. The team that installed the radiant barrier and insulation was also very professional. The only negative comment I have is the pricing. Although the Company offered different solutions for the issues identified, the pricing was a bit high so we only used them for a small portion of the work.

Things have been good so far. They called before arriving for the consultation. They have been very timely and following up well. We do plan to follow through with them for service which would be additional fees. Our attic is probably twice as big as the what the Big Deal covers, but for the value of the service -- it's definitely worth it.

The team came as scheduled and went right to work. They were in/out within about 4 hrs. They did a fantastic job and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I noticed a big improvement upstairs right away. When Richard Turner came beforehand and explained all that was to be done, and did the 'air leak' test, it showed me where heat and ac was leaking. The company also sent me a brochure about 2 weeks beforehand to explain how your house loses heat/ac, and to better understand what they do. The online video helped a lot too. I hadn't planned on spending that amount of $$, but after Richard explained to me and seeing the video, I was comfortable with the price. I'm very satisfied with the job.

They were really solid. Polite, communicative about what they were doing (without being patronizing), thorough, efficient. The space looks great. FYI: if you live in a small place or you're going to be in the room(s) nearest to where they are spraying, you should know that it has a somewhat strong chemical smell for about 30 minutes (which they warned me about, to their credit). It is totally worth it, but I recommend not hanging out directly above/below it. Top notch customer service from start to finish. Answered all my questions.

1. I now have three names on contact info: Arbor, Dr. Energy, and Advanced Rodent, so I never know who I will be doing business with. 2. There appears to be different prices for the same deal. I paid $250 but there is a deal for $99 and one for $149 that appear to be the very same deal under one or the other of the three company names list above. 3. My first response email was for a totally different service than what I ordered. 3. I purchased the deal on June 16 and gave three dates a week and more out. Apparently someone finally called AFTER all three dates but I missed the call and called back to the number on my phone the same day. I had to explain EVERYTHING and even then the person couldn't schedule the service. Someone FINALLY called back yesterday to schedule the service, on July 16. Summer will be half over before they can come. I can get someone out tomorrow if I can just cancel this deal. 4. To get a schedule date I had to answer a list of questions. Some made sense, like how old the house is (1997 so shouldn't be an issue there), but then I was asked how long I have owned the house. So, how is THAT relevant to installing insulation that I have paid for by credit card and have paid the credit card bill and STILL do not have the service? PLEASE refund my $250 so I can purchase a service that will do the job.

Service went well. I rated them fair because they did not put together a report like we've gotten in the past from WellHome after an energy audit. Also, the guys that came to perform the work were a bit confused on 2 of the items listed on the work order (they were written too generic).

They arrived at 8:05 am and got right to the job. Did a fantastic job and completely cleaned up after themselves. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Went good. They put the insulation where it needed it most. Showed up on time.

We could not be happier. They were punctual and polite. The job was done when promised and the finish looks outstanding.

It appeared to go well. I was not present since the bathrooms were undergoing remodel at that time. The remodeler did not report any problems/interference by Arbor Insulation.

This company doesn't even use the company name of arbor insulation. It took months to even set up an appt after our purchase I'm February. When we were finally contacted it was for an "energy consultation" that took almost 3 hours and had a price tag of over $3k. Complete bait and switch deal. Stay away.

Two men and their company truck arrived at 8:15 and finished their job and were gone by 9:30. They blew insulation into the 1000sf attic which will save me $$ on the electric bills. I can't say enough about their company, from the salesman to the manager who called to confirm the sale and give me the schedule to the boss who returned my call after the job was done, just to accept my compliments for a job extremely well done. The men who did the work knew exactly what to do and were such pleasant people to deal with.

Getting scheduled was somewhat complicated. Back and forth, delays - but company was very responsive and once the crew got there they were very efficient and courteous.

The guys did what I asked them to do. The company also provides weatherproofing, energy audits, and other services but I was only interested in the insulation and there had been some confusion. Other than that, there were no problems. The charge for the "Big Deal" was well worth it.

see above...plus I am not exactly sure of the exact date. It took a few schedules to meet both of our timelines. Plus it is very difficult to access the quality of the insulation or determine its immediate benefits. But the guys came and quickly blew the insulation and vacuumed any dirt they created, and ensured me that it was not the type of insulation that creates bugs and dust.

There were some mechanical malfunctions in getting the actual work done. Having said that, the workers and the manager were very professional and responsive in getting it done, no matter what it took. Things happen, but it's what you do to own the situation and make it right that matters. Now that I have the insulation in place, there is a big difference in the "evenness' of the house temperature. Nice job, and good company. Would definitely hire again.

It hasn't been going very well. They have been using hard sell tactics and continuously try to upsell us on services that we neither want nor need. Ultimately, we had the deal canceled and our money refunded.

I was informed by the service provider that this deal would not help me.

They called and said they were on their way and arrived at 8:45 am and finished up by 10:30 am. They did a very good job; were very professional and they vaccummed the hallway when they were finished. I was very impressed on how quiet the whole process was.

They came out and did a review/quote for me. I received another from another service I have decided to review. It would be nice to get my money back for something I did not use. I have no issue with what the provider said or did. I just was not interested in the quote.
