I have had Jason and his team apply spray foam insulation at two of my properties, and highly recommend them. Jason will let you know what you need and don't need, and has told me when certain services weren't necessary where other companies were quoting thousands of dollars extra for them. They are highly responsive even after completion of installation. I have recommended Jason and Arbor to friends and family, and would definitely use them again in the future!

Highly recommend this company! The whole experience of getting our attic insulation installed was great from start to finish. They were in touch as soon as I filled out the website form, definitely took the time to walk us through all of the options, and the installation process was very professional. A huge shoutout to Julie, who not only took care of our Georgia Power rebate application, but went above and beyond to help when GA Power made the check out to the wrong name.

Absolutely would recommend. Extremely prompt and professional with all communication. Jason came out and thoroughly discussed our small project. Realizing it was small enough to do myself, he talked me through my options and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. How refreshing is that?! I kinda feel bad that I won't be spending money with this business, but it's heartening to know that there's still good people like this. The very least I could do was share this experience. Arbor Insulation solutions did a wonderful job with our attic insulation. We decided to go with foam insulation. The representative came by and explained all about the process. Julie from Arbor kept us informed by calling and asking if we had any questions. The team of workers are very professional. When they arrived their team work was so efficient that they completed the job in one day. Everything was cleaned and put back in its place. Description of Work: Sealed all seams and ports of entry for piping and electrical from air loss. Added insulation to attic to R 38. Wrapped and sealed all duct work. Placed sealing caps over can lights. Installed attic door boots to prevent loss of heat/cold from living area. They checked the efficiency of the heat and air conditioning system. Everything was cleaned up prior to leaving.

Description of Work: This company was professional, punctual, and friendly. We had an energy audit done with Don with many recommendations coming out of it. He was very knowledgable. We decided to just tackle a couple things due to costs. The guys who laid the insulation and installed the attic cover for us were super fast and friendly. They did a great job. I plan on using this company again for future energy efficiency projects. The only downside was seeing a cheaper Arbor Insulation Angie's List deal a cuple weeks after I bought this more expensive one! Same exact deal, but $150 less. Grrr...

Description of Work: First rate! I did extensive research, and got five estimates before I selected Arbor Insulation to air seal and add insulation to our attic. Owner Scott provided the proposal, along with a detailed explanation of the work that he was recommending. He was involved in the entire process from start to finish. He is the only contractor I spoke to who uses a blower door to identify air leaks, and to verify results after air sealing. His technicians were neat and professional, and his price was competitive. We have already noticed a significant improvement in the comfort level in our home, and expect equally impressive energy savings. My research has shown that air sealing is as important, if not more important than adding additional insulation. Scott and Arbor Insulation know their stuff - highly recommend!
