Ashley called almost immediately after receiving the lead and was very nice and accommodating and had Shannon come out that day and he looked at everything end informed me of everything and gave me a estimate. My gas dryer was up and running soon after his visit! Thank you!

Did not tell me he was charging me an "Emergency Call" fee of $90. Took less than 5 minutes to tighten a screw. Local company so there was very little "tirp time". Good service would have been a max $25 fee. Would have gotten future business. Now, never again.

Called and they had Shannon come the next day for an estimate. We approved and he completed the work that afternoon. Hooked up gas cooktop, repaired tub spout copper pipes, fixed toilet, and hooked up new kitchen sink drains. Great work.

I contracted Freedom Plumbing to fix a leak in my upstairs shower. Shannon did great work. Courteous, professional, quality workmanship.

Turns out we didn’t need a replacement. The tech that came out could have very easily said yes you need a new pump which was estimated at $1400. Glad to not have had to spend that when it wasn’t necessary. Certainly will call them for future plumbing issues.

This guy is not only highly qualified, but an excellent plumber! He was polite and VERY neat, even explaining all that he did "step by step!" The cost was a bit expensive (I was hoping for under $150), but at least I now have water (which had been turned off for a week!) Good job, Jeremy Thomas!
