Mr. Snider was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He got the job done and done so explaining what he was doing along the way. Not to mention the first thing he did was provided his credentials. Mr. Snider went above and beyond in customer service and he was always easy to deal with. The company and owner are top notch, respectful, and HONEST. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!!! It is difficult to find a company you can trust. This is a small family owned company that has all the values and morales you don’t see much anymore. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Don was very knowledgeable on damage caused by smoking and how to fix it. He recommended ideas and steps we could take ourselves to correct any yellowing or items that may still carry odor after he cleaned out the house. He was very personable and friendly. Our house is odor free now!!

[redacted] was quick, efficient and honest! They are a family run business and work with the homeowner to find the problem and work through solutions that make sense for your home and budget. They are so friendly and work hard to fix the problem to make sure no further damage occurs. They truly treat you like family! We have hired them 2 times in the last few months and always recommend. We used them for water damage survices, but they provide plenty of other services too that we would absolutely trust them to remediate.
