Hammocks was wonderful. After having 5 estimates and varying scary costs (recommending things I didnâ t need), Hammocks was my last call and gave me an honest and fair assessment. They were not just interested in making a sale or confusing me with tech talk I didnâ t understand and made sure I knew what the issues were and what my home actually required. The owner came out and installed my unit when a schedule conflict arose to make sure they honored the scheduled time. They cleaned, wore masks, above and beyond, to make sure the job was done correctly. Iâ m so happy with my new Trane furnace and AC unit and highly recommend them.

They installed a new HVAC and took out the old broken HVAC. They were very professional & worked for 6 straight hours to get the unit installed. We left them alone so they could do the work. They did a great job!

I am a stickler for time. Both my estimate and install appointments were on time. I really appreciated the care my installers took to protect my carpet and wood floors. The installers wore boots when they came inside and also wore proper PPE while here. Thanks very much to Sadonas and Jeffrey. Would recommend to a friend.

I would definitely recommend Hammock's. Only reason why i couldn't give them 5 stars across the board is because we haven't received the electric bill yet to see the savings. LOL. Otherwise, the service was great. They went above and beyond to survey our home and not sell us the most expensive HVAC but, to provide exactly what we needed. The employees did a fabulous job on the install, were professional and made sure we understood everything regarding our new app controlled thermostat.

The workers at Hammocks really do go above and beyond to service their customers needs. Our family had a new HVAC system installed and the reps did a great job. They were very respectful of our home (COVID timeframe) and answered any questions we had. After installation we had an issue with a single room not getting proper air and received a same day follow up by customer care (new duct work was required). We called to make arrangements for additional work and are awaiting a response. Overall very reputable company with good people.

I had my furnace and Air conditioner replaced. The technicians arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete the job in one day. HammocksHVAC made sure my systems were done completely and to code. Customer service has been friendly, courteous and professional.

I called this company no July 13, 2020 and they came out the very next day for installation, and the job was completed in one day 7hrs. My techs were Sadonas Jason and they worked together well and did an amazing Job!!!!! they made sure i understood how to work my unit and answered all of my questions. the product i chose was RunTru by Trane...I would recommend their services and I want to thank the staff and techs for taking care of my needs.

They were there on time with the day we had planed. It took them all day. It was a big job replacing everything in my attic and the outside unit. Very nice people. I will use them again.

These guys are great! I found them via Homeadvisor. I live in Decatur Ga. Both of my ac units, upstairs and downstairs died... bad compressors in both. They would try to start up but would stop after a few seconds. I've been able to keep these 17 year old units going up until now but the compression is something that is beyond my ability to repair. I tried but no luck. My upstairs unit stopped working 2 years ago. We got by with a portable ac in the meantime. Then my downstairs unit stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I have a second portable ac but it stopped working too. So it was time to get this fixed as it has been very hot! Fred did my initial quote and he was nothing but nice. He was professional and very knowledgeable of the HVAC business and products. He was also from south Georgia like me and we talked as if we'd known each other for years... great guy. Hammock's had a buy one unit get one half off so that was a no-brainer. I went with them even though I was close to choosing Coolray. They install Carrier equipment, which was my first choice. I was going to have Coolray install one unit capable of handling both upstairs and downstairs to save money. The quote was $16,400 which should've been cheaper than going with 2 separate units. Hammock's price for two units with the special was $12,200. I had an additional concern about a couple of rooms not getting as cold with my old units. Fred quoted me a 3 ton unit for upstairs and a 2 1/2 tons for downstairs, which is what I originally had. I wanted two 3 ton units because of the larger capacity and blower. He said that's probably not a good idea because of the additional work and expense involved in changing out the lines from a 2 1/2 ton unit to a 3 ton unit. He explained that both units use the same blower so I probably won't have any problems once they're installed. He promised if there were any problems, they would address them. The installers showed up on schedule and did an excellent job. I inspected the attic units as well as the outside units and couldn't be more pleased with the attention to detail. Fred was right. Every room gets cold. I am very satisfied with everything, the equipment and Hammock's. I highly recommend them.

The HVAC staff at Hammock's AC that worked on my project were all excellent. Krystal in scheduling was a great help in getting initial product prices to let me determine that it was worth my while to schedule a Comfort Specialist to evaluate my existing HVAC system. Krystal scheduled that appointment per my availability and also got me a near term install date since my current AC was no longer working. The Comfort Specialist, Eric, who met me the next day analyzed my existing system and provided an effective review of several optional systems. Eric's explanation made it possible for me to make an informed decision and I'm still happy with my selection. Allen and Edwin did a great installation. Their professional attention to detail resulted in a system that is exceeding my expectations. Their professional installation of a high quality Trane system appears to be a winning combination. I would definitely recommend Hammock's AC, Inc. The people are great to work with.

On time and good work and service but would have liked all workers to wear masks when inside my home.

Everyone from Hammock was professional, respectful, upfront and honest. Appreciate Josh's knowledge honesty, and skill. Alexa also went way above and beyond answering texts from her personal cell after hours. Could not be more pleased.

Had three quotes. Hammock spend the most time assessing and explaining in detail the best requirements with two budget options. Available to install with 5 days. Clean work and friendly respectful technician. Based on 3 comparable quotes... hammock was 15% cheaper with better Trane equipment. I normally avoid the lowest price but Hammock won all around. The installers did a great job. Cleaned up after each day, everything well installed and very accommodating. I liked the entire experience.
