Everything from estimate through install was great. Due to Covid-19 and the current shortages the AC unit we wanted was delayed. They provided a portable unit free of charge and called us at least weekly for updates on installation. Installation and post installation service has been great. This is a very organized and professional company. They seem very trustworthy and competent.

Mr. Fred Fowler came to our home to discuss options. Mr. Fowler has 50 years experience in the HVAC business and was able to answer each of my questions right away. We have a package unit, which means that the AC and the furnace are in the same box The installers Edwin Juan and others had a challenging task to move out the old unit (about 600 pounds) and install the new unit. They performed this job cheerfully and were extremely polite through the entire process, answering questions, and explaining how the system works. Everyone did a great job and the unit was installed in one day. Hammocks did everything GreatAnd we are pleased with our decision to choose them

Hammockâ s is the best. I talked to multiple companies. Hammockâ s by far proved the most knowledgeable. They advised me through a poor experience I had with my previous HVAC company. The system they installed cools and heats our home extremely well and runs much more efficiently. We are saving on out utility bill and I could not be happier with them. I highly recommend.

Kyrstal, Fred and the installer(which I didn't meet) was OUTSTANDING. Fred gave me an quote and the installer did an awesome job. They even made sure my cats didn't get out of the house so KUDOS for that. I highly recommend using HAMMOCK for all your AC/HEATING services.

Allen did the installation. He is flat-out rude. There was no walkthrough. I regret that I hired this company to replace 3 of my units.
