Great knowledge and very quick installation.

I wrote a review a few days ago about the great job Hammock's sales and installation team did when selling and installing our HVAC system. I did forget to mention that Tyler, the install technician, did a remarkable job along with Keith. Tyler took the time and effort to make sure we had no questions when they finished the job. They were professional and knowledgeable and finished the job on schedule.

Hammock's sales/designer, Eric, was very professional and helpful as he was the only HVAC company out of three that gave me an estimate that suggested we install a smaller system to heat & cool our basement....the other two companies wanted to sell a larger system that we did not need! Pleased with install technicians, Keith and his team, as they were on time, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Saved money with Hammock as they did not oversell the job and our needs.

I have to say that Hammock's was very professional. The tech's where awsome guys Jason, Jr. and Keith very nice and caring guys . i would recommend these 3 techs . thank you for your time and business.

Jamal was our tech. He did a great job servicing our furnace He is a asset to your company.

The salesperson was very experienced and made great suggestions. The installation team of Junior, Jaison, and Keith work a long day to install our two heat pump replacement systems. They were timely, friendly and knowledgeable.

The company was prompt to call me about my problem, arrived next day to assess and estimate and was installing the next day once my decision was made. Courteous , knowledgeable installers came and diligently worked to remove 3 old a/c and heating units and install the new ones...all done in one very hot day! Very polite men that not only did a nice, thorough job, but cleaned up completely after themselves. I will be using this company from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to others. An added benefit is that I now have digital thermostats for all three systems that I can control with an app on my cellphone when away from home!

Excellent response once I contacted Homeadvisors . Service Representative Mr Fowler was courteous and knowledgeable and walked me through the process for a complete system that was needed. Quality of replacement was also well received. Complete confidence in installation by service people, Sadanos and Giovani and teaching techniques for new computer thermostat. Would highly recommend Hammocks to anyone.

Everyone hates dealing with broken major appliances, especially the AC in summer! .... I'm no different. You say to yourself, "They know I need air. They know I'm stuck in the middle of the sweltering heat of summer and what are they going to charge me under these circumstances?" Let me tell you that when I called Hammock's, it was absolutely the BEST experience I had with an AC company! Robbie came out and diagnosed my problem quickly and had my unit up, running and cooling in no time. What a wonderful individual he is! He's truly a man of character and very knowledge about his field. Hammock's AC was quick to response, very professional and extremely reasonable. In speaking with Kenny first and dealing with Robbie, I knew immediately this is a well-run company. Like being with old friends, I felt at ease that whatever the problem was, it was correctly diagnosed and I would be treated fairly. I can't sing enough praises for Hammock's AC! I will never use any other heating/ac company other than Hammock's.

I called about 10 plumbers because I needed a camera to go down my 2 inch kitchen drain clogged with grease. Out of those 10 Jimmy Dixon was the only one able to quote me on the phone, and explain clearly what my options were, and help me out in a short time. He let me view the camera monitor, scrubbed the line and gave me options. Jimmy did a fantastic job and next time I won't even bother calling anyone else. I greatly recommend him for his honesty & professionalism.

Thay helped us get the HVAC system that was the correct one for our house and corrected the vents. It's summer in Atlanta and our house is Cold- These guys rock.

They answered all my questions and taught me how to take care of my new units. They gave me some suggestion that I wasn't doing for years because I never knew what to do before. Good advise. Thanks Hammock.
