These guys were great. Very professional, very friendly, great deal and 10-year warranty. I'm glad I did not get fooled by the really expensive "big guys!" You should consider Hammock's; invite them out for an estimate and see for yourself!

Our installers were great, everything went as expected!

We called on a Sat morning because furnace went out, they came same day and emailed quote quickly that day and were there the following Thurs and stayed into the night to finish. They quoted "thousands" less than a local family owned outfit quoted us, who used a slogan "Free Furnace February" there was nothing free in their inflated quote. Hammock did a good job and we greatly appreciate those guys! We will use them again. Carla D.

The quoting process was simple and the quote was easy to understand. There was no high pressure at all. I was very comfortable that I could trust the quote to be complete and accurate. The technicians that came out were great. They called ahead and kept us informed on their arrival time, they were neat and pleasant and they like dogs....the work they did was excellent and they total reviewed what they had done and they totally cleaned up before they left. We replaced/upgraded a HVAC unit and added a mini-split. It was a pretty big job. The installers did an amazing job. They were professional, prompt and knew everything about the install from start to finish. The sales rep Eric was straight forward and great to work with. The installers Sadonas, Giovanni and Josh were fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

Original installation of 2 ac's and 2 heaters in the attic was quick and prompt, One heater was insufficient to heat the downstairs. This problem was quickly corrected in a matter of days and a new heater was installed to my satisfaction
