Everything with this company was amazing. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and gave us options instead of pushing something we could not afford and we got window units to help the heat situation since we had a couple of days before the install with no AC. The installers were professional, answered all of my many questions, and cleaned up everything once they completed the work. There was a small mistake that kept the unit from cooling properly during the install, but when I called the next day the company got a service technician out asap to handle it. No one is perfect and it was a big job - sometimes how a company handles a mistake and how their customer service responds after they get your money speaks volumes. He found the issue, fixed it, and re-checked everything. Even with the small mistake of wiring something wrong during what was an 8-hour install Hammocks AC deserves 5 stars hands down. They handled our situation from start to finish with kindness, respect, and killer customer service.

Hammocks AC was an absolute pleasure to work with. They responded promptly and installed my new system within 4 days. I had several estimates done and they beat everyone on cost. When they arrived on my install date, I was informed that the unit I had requested was not available but they upgraded me to a different unit at no extra charge. This is how businesses should treat their Customers. They are a 5 star company and I highly recommend them. Thank you to Giovanni and his team member for they great work done.

The gentlemen that came last week to replace my AC were very polite and knowledgeable. They replaced a 2-ton, 25 year old AC with a new 2.5 ton Trane AC. They even helped me to install my new Google Nest thermostat. The new Trane looks great and Tyler gave me a couple of tips on maintenance. Hammock's provided the best priced quote (I asked for pricing for both financing and cash/check option) The AC has been great so far. The price also comes with one year maintenance for heating and air, so I am looking forward to them coming back out next year. Would recommended Hammock's AC.

Randy, our technician, was on-time, very friendly, positive communicator- he kept us informed as he went. He addressed our issues efficiently and we were very pleased with the outcome. He is an excellent representative of Hammocks. We have been with Hammocks for 6 years and highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy with Hammock's work, in particular, their honesty, and high design to satisfy its customer. We had two AC units replaced. During the initial installation, one of technicians made some mistake. We were not sure if such mistake would impact system longevity. To our surprise, however, once they hear my concern, Hammock decided redoing all works. Its service manager come to my home twice, and carefully re-did all work, plus addition free service. I think they probably does not earn any profit after doing work again. I am again extremely satisfy their work. They truly deserve the highest rank, as they have gained from other customers. We highly recommend this company. Thanks.

Did a great job!

We replaced a 16 year old 5 ton Trane HVAC system with an equivalent 5 ton Trane HVAC system. The existing system was losing freon as well as needing a new capacitor. Figured after sixteen years its days were numbered. We wanted a local company with fair pricing and service after the sale. We interviewed three companies, two were well known advertised HVAC firms and the third, Hammock's we located through Home Advisor. The estimate from Hammock's was almost half the price of the lowest quote. Both of the other competing companies were promoting higher priced units with add ons that seemed unnecessary. After doing extensive research on Hammock's company history and customer reviews, there was no contest. The new system is more efficient that the prior system as it should be given that Trane had sixteen years to improve it. Cooler faster and quieter, as Fred the sales rep, and Sedonas and Allen the installers said it would be. Total satisfaction from this East Cobb homeowner.

Eric the salesman was great good sense of humor. Price was good. I got about 5 estimates from other companies. Installers of hvac system were polite and professional. I just got system installed on 5-22-2020 and so far it s working great.

The entire team of installers and office staff were absolutely amazing. The job was done correctly the 1st time and in the time line that was given. Everything was explain in great detail and all of my questions were answered so that I knew exactly what I was purchasing. I did have to clean up just a little after they left but do not let that discourage you as I would hire them again in the future. My install was done back in November 2019 and since then I have not had any issues out of the new HVAC system and nothing but great results in quality of life.

Job well done in a timely manner. Difficult to remove old furnace from attic. Adjustments were needed to meet code.
