Description of Work: They put an air conditioner in and they recommended a heat coil and put that in. They should have put in a heat pump to lower the electric bill. I was not happy with them as they gave some bad information that ended up costing me more with my electric bill.

Description of Work: Company repaired HVAC in March shortly after I purchased the house. I paid a bit more then to have a "free" check in the fall. Both technicians knew what they were doing and communicated well. The first visit necessitated a number of repairs due to previous owners' neglect. Everything was explained (and shown to me) and the repairs have held up. The company promptly scheduled the 2nd visit when requested. The second technician performed an entire series of checks efficiently and thoroughly -- checking the a/c function and the heating function. The company offers an annual service constract but neither time was there any pressure or hard sell to buy the service. The contract form that was left even allows the customer to designate the start date for the year long service. Based on their superb performance to date, I intend to continue using this company.
