I hate to leave a negative review, but when it takes a week and there is a lack of communication on show up, I have to put it out there. I wasted a lot of time showing up and these guys did not call or communicate and showed up after other jobs. This was as unsafe a job as I have seen, a worker was hurt, broken gutter, 75% through the job they asked to be paid in full when the gate was not repaired and the stump had not been grinded up. Did I mention they were supposed to bring a bucket truck or a small person to climb the tree and they were fully aware of how dead and fragile the tree was but sent a guy up there anyway after I expressed how much more safe the bucket was, needless to say he got injured. That is when they decided to upcharge me $200 to bring the bucket after they were said they would anyway. If the tree was not lingering over the neighbors and I was not as desperate at the time, I would have told them to got fly a kite. Lesson learned.

They said they were going to come trim palms with a bucket truck. They came to the job with no truck or ladder. They said they would be back the next day. When they came back they said the trees were taller than they thought. They were there the day before. They wanted more money after being there to quote the job as well as seeing them on a second day. He knew they needed to be done that day for the HOA. When I texted him back about price agreement and day he never responded back. He however messaged me all days both days he wanted the job. Do not use them. Scam for more money!

I would NOT use RC TREE company! They drove over my septic system with a trailer left the trailer parked there over night (not on the system but close enough.. When they arrived in the morning I saw that they had a pickup truck attached to it parked on my septic area, I said thanks for moving it off my property.. NOPE they decided to start up the chainsaws and load the trailer leaving the pickup truck parked on my septic system.. I came out took some pictures told them they had a few seconds to get off my property and then they decided to move .. completely unacceptable? I have multiple pictures and text messages to back this up!! I asked them if they would pay for an inspection to ensure that nothing was wrong with my system, they said absolutely NOT. They will NOT take responsibility for it, they hung up on me and won't take any of my calls now!! Just wanted to put it out there?

RC tree trimming, while not the cheapest, made the biggest impression. Very professional, Kevin the only rep who provided a written estimate and offered to provide a copy of their license and insurance. I had a gigantic tree that needed removal. These men worked from early in the morning, for about 8 hours a day, for 2 days, until this tree was down, cut up, cleaned up and carted away. Pleasant, polite men who had a great rapport with each other. My husband liked them very much,and he does not like anyone. I would highly recommend RC Tree Trimming.

They (from estimate, to work order presentation, workers present, workers camaraderie with each other (to get the job done), the work itself, to clean up, and the hour of debt collection the gentleman was very polite not to mention prompt in all accounts. (and respect to the HOA times & for rules.) A job well done with care to the principle party, the Trees.

They did such a great job for a fantastic price. Took care of two dead trees that were overhanging our kids play area. Were able to do the job next-day and they even cut part of the trunk into small stump pieces so my kids could make obstacle courses with them. Highly recommend!
