Very reasonably priced for the amount of work they had to do. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and were excellent in cleaning up the tree debris. My neighbor had them trim two trees while they were in the area. I also recommended them to our friend who hired them to trim his huge tree and some palms. Polite, friendly, hard working and professional. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend them to anybody. They were some of the nicest people ever. I actually spent my morning talking with them because of their great attitudes and personalities. I ended up doing extra work because I saw how great of a job they were doing. I will definitely use them again if needed.

The large, dead tree was removed with skill and expertise. The crew left the premises clean, they were polite, and the work cost a lot less than all the other quotes I had obtained. I will hire them again when my many trees need work. Christa S.

These guys are very good with cutting down but left a huge mess. The stump grinder missed several stumps and left huge gouging in my lawn and back yard.

They did the project on time, very reliable,they cleaned up after themselves.

Overall RC Tree Trimming Service did what was I needed. This was a very difficult job and it took most of the day. I really hate to remove old standing trees. That is why I secured more than one estimate to be sure this job was absolutely necessary. All RC's paperwork in order. As you know some difference of opinion in the billing but that was resolved. That was due to stump grinder's portion. Too many language problems with employer either unable to fully communicate fluently in English or I not able to speak Spanish effectively. This only occurred on the day of the job. Glad RC put everything in writing. That is why I selected RC Tree Trimming. Not overly pleased with stump grinder. That person showed no clue that I am the customer as he never interacted with me. He could have talked with me to ask if all was OK with his services but instead he rushed off. I will probably not use his services again. No need for anything else for a long long time.. Overall fee was fair.

Although English is not their "first language", the owner of the business speaks English well enough to understand what the customer/client wants done. He listens carefully and then gets the job done in an expeditious (speedy) manner. He routinely extends a FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER discount, it seems. (He offered me a substantial discount, and it seems that this is his ongoing company policy, given to new customers.) I was very happy with the end result.

Having been burned in the past by tree trimming companies it is great to know that there are still professional that you can rely on who will do above and beyond to make sure you as a customer are satisfied. RC Tree Trimming exceeded my expectations! I will use them again.
