They were very pleasant to deal with (office staff, owner, and workers), from the initial quote to final paperwork. Very responsive to questions and concerns. The job was done quickly, and the workers kept the property very clean. One example of the quality of service: I wanted an extra vent installed for a bathroom exhaust upstairs (after the roof had already been dried in). The owner came out and placed the vent on the roof to mark it for when his crew returned, without complaining, actually with a smile! While they were here 3 of my neighbors had them do some leak repair on their roofs as well, and were also very happy. This was one of the nicest experiences I have had with a construction company in South Florida by far.

They didn't repair all the areas that needed to be repaired. They came out to inspect the work and they agreed that there was another area that needed to be repaired. They gave me a very high fee to finish the work and when I questioned why it wasn't in the intial quote they told me they don't inspect the roof before the repairs unless you pay a fee for there inspection. I did not feel that I was informed about there work during the process and was charged a premium with no customer service.

The job was completed in two weeks.

Mr. Pasat came out inspected our roof and quoted us $2500. We signed the contract and agreed on a start date. The contract included the necessary city permits. Pasat workers showed up to begin the repairs on the scheduled date, but they stood in our backyard, talked amongst each other and the supervisor came over and said that they would come back and that he would call me at 1:00 p.m. the following day. He never called. I called Mr. Pasat the day after and told him that we had not received a phone call. He said that he was in a restaurant and would call me back. He never called. A few days later we received a call from one of his employees saying that it would cost another $2,000 for the roof due to permits. We told him that in his contract permits were included and that we had confirmed this with Mr. Pasat. He stuck to his story. At that point we decided to move on and choose another company due to Pasat's bait and switch tactics, and lack of professionalism. What we believe happened was that Pasat Roofing had no intentions of pulling permits, since the flat roof is in the back of our home and cannot be seen from the street. When the Pasat workers arrived they saw we had other permits hanging by our front door due to other construction in our home and knew that city inspectors would be coming and that would require them to have permits. At least they were smart enough not to risk doing our roof and walked away.

Their price was a lot cheaper than other companies I looked at. They did a great job. They were able to answer any questions I had. They explained everything they were going to do.

I was thankful they were able to see me on the same day for a quote. They started work within a couple of days. Most other companies had a 1 week lead time. Juan was thorough in his explanation and fair on price. I would call them again without hesitation.

I called them on Saturday morning and left a message. Juan, the project manager, called me on Monday; he agreed to meet us at our house a few days later to perform an estimate. He actually found two leaks when he went into our attic to inspect the roof. He gave us an estimate and came back within a week to do the job - it took them 2 days from start to finish.

They are very professional, good for everything and hardworking people. They even came to the house to get the payment and the price was right. I would highly recommend them to others.

It went perfectly. I called them on a Wednesday morning and the job was completely finished by Friday afternoon of the same week. When I called them on Wednesday morning I got an answering machine and left a message. Juan, the project manager called me back quickly, and told me he would meet me at my house to perform the estimate that same day. When I got to my house he was early and actually waiting for me when I got there. He gave me an estimate and said they would do the job Friday. The crew showed up on time and got the leak fixed about an hour before it started raining and the leak was fixed. The final bill was the exact same amount as the written estimate. I was very impressed!

I was very pleased with all of the work. He told me up front that there may be delays both in getting the building permit and the roof tile because there were so many damaged roofs in South Florida. Delays were minimal and the work was completed to my complete satisfaction. What was impressive is that I had almost no communication with Mr. Pasat between the contract signing and work completion. Just by coincidence, though I don't travel a lot, I was out of town each time a new event occurred, i.e. beginning the removal of the old roof, arrival of the tile and beginning of the installation, and in each case that phase was completed by the time I returned. (I always seemed to be home at the times when additional payment was required!). Upon completion, I was provided with all documentation, including building permit, code inspections, installer and manufacturer warranties and results of a "roof tile uplift test" required in "high velocity hurricane zones". Thanks, Mr. Pasat. Good job.

The Pasat Roofing company was very reliable and did a very professional job. All work was done within the time frame that was promised and the workers did a great job. They worked quickly and cleaned up when they left. All of the workers were very considerate. We were very happy with the end results.

This company was prompt at every stage and when I was not sure of a process I was able to contact the company and receive a response right away. I had a pool and when we complained that the pool was not protected. They came out right away and covered the pool.

Mr. Pasat himself was the person to meet with us, explain the details of the contract, show us the tiles we could use and outline the time line. All the work was done when scheduled, when he called and said his crew was going to come to start the job on Monday, they did show up. He and his associates are responsive to phone calls and actually call you back. Probably about 20 roofs in our subdivision have been done by Pasat as well as two houses of my parents-in-law. No need to look further. Also, the crews who came out were clean and professional.

Pasat was awesome. He collected money only when the work was completed. He showed up when he said he would. He was accessible by phone at all times. They were clean and neat and did not leave a mess at my home. I was extremely pleased with the job. I highly recommend this company.

Pasat roofing only collected money as he finished each phase. Quality and customer service was excellent. He gave the lien release along with all copies of permits etc upon completion. Would highly recommend.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB RE-ROOFING MY HOUSE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND GOT DONE ON TIME. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB PICKING UP AFTER THEMSELVES, WHICH IS UNUSUAL THESE DAYS.
