Replaced entire ducts system .Professionals , reasonably priced , they are careful in the house with work debris. They showed up on time and finished in 4-5 hours to do the entire house from Plenum to 13 dropdowns grates , everything . I would recommend these guys to my friends and family

If I could give a NO STAR review I would! This company is an absolute disgrace. I had a leak coming from my ceiling for months. My landlord hired this company to assess and repair the damage. They replaced the entire AC system with a brand new CARRIER unit and charged my landlord probably over 1k for the work, and for the past 6 months it does not work, does not blow cold air, freezes over and the leaks are still happening. They have come to the property over 20x to add freeon and never fix or are able to find the actual problem with the new unit. My landlord has asked them to honor the warranty and get a new unit but they refuse and insist there's a problem with the coil now, which I find hard to believe. I'm no expert but neither is this company or their many sub contractors that have come to my home. It's been a week now of living in 80 plus degrees with fans. I've had to pay to stay in hotels and at friend's houses. It's ridiculous. Jamie is the owner supposedly. He is non responsive he shows zero consideration and has complete lack of respect for his customers. I have spent over 30 days collectively without AC but no one cares because they are not the ones suffering with little ones at home. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the time, money and aggravation, they are Not worth a penny.

Jaime installed a new unit for me. He showed up for a service call within two hours. He informed me that my 20 year old unit had passed away. He replaced it at a great price the next day. Did a great job.

Jaime was great. Arrived early and very professional. He was able to diagnose my AC issue quickly, and had it up and running. I definitely will contact them again for any future AC work.

Do not hire these people unless you are fluent in Spanish and have a lot of time to waste getting them back to your house to finish the job. Also, make sure you know what the codes are for proper installation, as we were not told the truth and ended up not getting what we were told we were getting. Spend a little more and go with someone else!

The guys who represented the company was superb and were extremely professional knowledgeable and very engaging. The installation was fast moving and organized and efficient. The price was extremely reasonable. Thanks Jamie and all the guys in your crew for your expertise and for making this situation less stressful. If I ever need to hire someone for this type of work again I would most definitely contact action mechanical again.

Very very professional hard-working and got the air conditioning installed within two hours amazing on the same day that my air-conditioning went out. Highly recommend these guys Jamie thank you.

They replaced the HVAC unit in my attic and convinced me to replace the ductwork too. I paid $6,000. on April 2, 2020, for this work. they did some damage to the ceilings with diffuser replacement so I billed then for the paintwork. today, August 24, 2020, I got a leak detector warning and called a new HVAC outfit. The job they did was very poor. They replaced the rusted pan under the unit, but they did it badly. Did not use a new flow switch, and not due to poor taping and sealing the unit is sweating which is why the detector went off. cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this work.

My Air Condition (AC) Unit outlived its lifetime and I called 4 AC companies for AC replacement estimates. Mr. George P examined my former AC unit, provided evidence of its failure and made suggestions for its replacement. There was no charge for this service. AMC COOL AIR SERVICE became my # 1 choice in replaced my AC unit after the other 3 AC companies reported their findings. The 3 other AC companies were not as through or sincere as Mr George P. I followed Mr. George P advise in picking a new AC unit. My AC Unit was replaced and the installers arrive as scheduled, on time. After 3 weeks of their installation, I remain a happy customer. All that Mr George P. said was true. AMC COOL AIR SERVICE is a company you'll want to contract.

Our experience with AMC was great. We installed a new carrier system (condenser and air handler) and were very happy with the installation and professionalism of Jamie and his workers. The initial quote for the a/c system was hassle free and much more competitive than offers from other places. They even went the extra step to upgrade our air handler on the day of the install. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to replace or install a new a/c.

I am pasting correspondence that I had with them, and even after he said he was coming - he never showed up and never called to let me know Jaime, to be quite honest. I do not feel your customer service is as good as I was expecting. I put a brand new unit in for almost $7000 and should not have to wonder if you are going to return a call or keep an appointment. You told me last week that you would take care of it on Tuesday. On Tuesday you told me to call you on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I leave you two messages and no response. Should I leave a new review on Yelp? I also asked you to quote me on a mini-split. No response....I was impressed with your company in the beginning and gave you the work. What happened here? Read10:08 AM Please call me. I am coming this afternoon with a thermostat.
