Awesome company. We had an emergency and no AC with an ill dog. Other companies said they’d come in 4-days. Santiago said he’d be there in 2-hours; thankfully came in less time. He didn’t upsell or push more than needed. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

I called AMC Mechanical and received a prompt answer to my phone call, other AC Companies want to know your History of Everything before giving you a Quote for the work that you want done. AMC Mechanical gave me a Quote Right then which was SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER than quotes from other companies. They said that they could do the work right away, which was great because my AC Not Working. They completed the work quickly and efficiently by Technicians who, after observing their work personally, looked like they could do the job blindfolded, they are very efficient and did the complete job in approximately 6 hours, including a thorough clean up when they were finished. I was very impressed with their Personal Service and Professional Demeanor, Hire them if you want the Best Price and Service, which I received.

Well the summer is here and our AC system was on its last leg a year ago. We decided to price out a new system before our old one fails completely. We weren't committed to purchase the new one yet, but just to price out a newer technology and more efficient system. We called for bids from 11 companies two of which did not even show up. Action Mechanical bid the job at a better price than any other contender for a Carrier 22 SEER system. The others didn't even come close to their pricing. That was one of the reasons we decided to just go ahead with the purchase. As soon as we approved of the unit and terms of service (Monday) Action Mechanical had a crew on site the very next morning. Once the system was installed, communicating with the fancy new thermostat they cleaned up any sign that they were working here. My garage is cleaner than they found it. They checked in with us the morning after install to ensure all is well at our home. They will be highly recommended to my friends, family and neighbors. Honest Pricing Showed up on time Worked neat and clean Professionalism while working The installation took 4 hours. Getting the unit to talk with the thermostat took an additional 8 hours before the system would turn on. Three days after the installation I received received some replacement filters. I decided to try them out to make sure I ordered the correct Carrier replacement filters. I found that the installers has used an abundance of caulk to seal the bottom of the Air Handler. That same caulking also had glued the filter cover into place and glued the filter into its slot. Both the filter cover door and the filter I had to pry loose to remove. The filter itself is covered in caulk and unusable. It is a good thing that the replacements I ordered were the correct size. I contacted Action Mechanical about the issue this morning with some attached pictures. The main reason is to ensure that is something their team looks for when they install the next unit. You can't beat the price or speed to installation that Action Mechanical provides. As I stated before nobody came close. This is a sign of a business that wants to grow into a larger business. You'll get a great price, but I'd recommend that you pay attention during the installation and ensure that you can remove the filter door and filter before the installers leave the premise. Jamie and his team were great, he was incredibly competitive when it came to pricing and installed the top of the line unit. We have an older home so it was not the "easiest" job but his team was here all day making sure everything was installed properly. I couldn't be more pleased with my service. Highly recommend, especially going into the hot summer days!

Showed up an hour later. More delays due to bringing the wrong replacement unit. 3 workers none of whom spoke English. Finally started working at 11 didnt get done until 5 because they couldnt get unit working. Have tried for 2 weeks to get the paperwork and warranty to no avail. Have serious concerns that they installed either an older unit or a used one. Buyers beware using this company.

This company showed up on time and well prepared. The owner had check my home online and new the best equipment to install. I and very satisfied with the work. They were quick and efficient. I would recommend this company.

Jaime installed 5 AC Units-Daizuki. From day one one of units did not work. He came back 4 times to refilled freon and then there was a leak. When I finally got him to replace them, I was educated by Daizuki local dealer that he should have registered them for warranty. He did not because units installed were 2019 and not 2020 as I was told. In February, I had another HVAC Tech replace another unit. He told me that the workmanship was garbage. Run for the hills from this company. He is a liar and his technicians are terrible. I will end up replacing all units. Total Ripoff!!

I approached the AC replacement with some anxiety, so AMC's combination of a VERY competitive price and a longer labor warranty than other companies made me wonder (at least a little) whether that combination was "too good to be true." What I discovered is that Jaime and his team work very hard to offer value and satisfy their customers. I especially appreciated when he came out at the end of the day to check the job out and answer any questions I had. When I head back up north for part of the year I'll feel confident that my AC system is in good hands. A great price, a long warranty and peace of mind...I feel glad and lucky that I decided to hire AMC.

Minor language barrier with communication; however, the guys were knowledgeable of the project. They were very professional, respected my home and arrived on time.
