Jaime & his crew were excellent; professional; replaced the whole unit (outside unit & the attic unit) in approx. 6-7 hours. Everything was great, except I did not get a product booklet, nor written guarantee. But we did receive the product registration, that Action had prepared for us. I would definitely use Action (AMC) again!

They also replaced my thermostat as requested, replaced my contactor, and checked for freon leaks. There were none.

I just came back to Florida and my A/C wasn't working. I called Jamie and he came today and within a couple of hours my A/C was working again! He was very helpful and accommodating. Not at all a salesman he was an honest helpful friendly guy that gave me options and we did what was best for me. I will definetley call Jamie for all my future A/C needs and highly recommend him!! Great service

Due to the unplanned arrival of a Hurricane and our hasty evacuation to the north, we had some time logistics to work out. The person we spoke with on the phone and the gentleman who did our repairs were so accommodating, we could not have been more pleased. I will keep them in my contact list for future needs.

These guys did a great job. There were some problems at first but they came everyday until they were solved. Even on Sunday!

Jaime was the best. He came out the same day to give me an estimate and after getting 3 other estimates I decided to hire Jaime. He came out the next morning, which was a Saturday with his professional crew, and in 4 hours the work was completed , They were very cordial, neat and professional, and the install was seamless. Jaime was very accommodating and oversaw the entire job, although his men were very knowledgeable. The price was much lower than the other 3 estimates, and they did not take advantage of the hurricane by higher pricing. They are a trustworthy company and a veteran owned one at that. Also the unit was made in America. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. If you call, Jamie answers the phone on the first ring day or night and weekends.

Jamie responded immediately and was at the house to give me an estimate within 2 hours. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the problem I had and recommended a new AC system (which I knew I needed) that met my needs and expectations. The new system was installed the next day and is working perfectly. The price was very reasonable and Jamie and his crew were efficient, clean and terrific to work with. I would definitely hire them again.

Jamie, the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. His workers are good and seem reliable. He accommodated our schedule, provided good service and fixed our problems. I'd hire them again.

Overall, a good experience. Jaime's effort on the customer service end is exceptional. On the technical side, they could use some more experienced personnel in my opinion. There were some mistakes made by their installers, but they worked very hard and for as long as it took to fix their mistakes. Attention to detail is not as good as i have seen or i would have liked, so as a homeowner inform yourself as best as you can and watch them work. No one does a perfect job but if you see something you dont like you can always ask them to fix it. AMC will most definitely work to make you satisfied. Anyway, i do reccommend them, because the effort is really their to satisfy the customer and i think in the end you will end up with a quality product, installed well, at an affordable price, and with excellent customer service.

And most importantly when I decided to go ahead with the project, Jamie with his team had my old system removed, the new one installed, up and running within four hours, on a Friday afternoon when nobody else would come to do anything until Monday morning.
