Never showed up for initial appointment or called to cancel, not answering there phone been calling all morning waiting for them to arrive

This is a good company to work with. Jamie was very patient in explaining and recommending options that are likely to work best for my need. I have two units and both were replaced by the installers in a neat and professional manner. Will look forward to them doing routine maintenance on the units on a long term basis.

I had this company replace my A/C unit, air handler, all ducts and drops. The crew arrived and immediately went to work. The entire project was completed in about 8 hours. Excellent service, nice, polite young men. Cleaned up after the work was completed including vacuuming. Job was priced right and I would recommend highly and would definitely us again.

First time using Home Advisor so I didn’t know what to expect. Everything seemed to happen so fast and seamless that I was skeptical but when Repairman showed up on the earlier side of scheduled time. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. After all, this is south Florida and I am used to being let down by just about everyone. Especially contractors. I had originally tried the big A/C companies you see advertising everywhere but all of them told me it would be three days before anyone could take a look at my problem. It’s saturday morning and I was not happy. About going the weekend without airconditioning. Jaimie from Action Mechanical Contractors showed up within two hours after my inquiry on Home advisor. I couldn’t have been happier. He was straight forward and professional. Had my AC up and running within the hour. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of reliable work!! Thank you

Explained what was needed and their solution thoroughly and added some services at no cost

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. We experienced the same problem a few days later. We called last Thursday and were told he would be there Saturday. We were not given a time, so called Saturday and he said he would be here at 2:00. He was a no show. Tried reaching him and did not return our messages. Had to get someone else to take care of the repair. The problem was misdiagnosed and a lot more involved. We basically spent $135 for nothing.

Jaime showed up and when we went inside to assess the problem with the Air conditioner. The problem was not with the unit but with the electrical panel which trips up the ac unit. Didn’t charge me for the visit and was real cool about things. All was well.

Did a great job installing a new carrier system. Had it installed in 48 hours.

Did a great job installing two quality central air systems in my home on a single day with their large and competent work staff. Failed to follow up with getting me copies of my warranty as well as ongoing maintenance info that has thrice been requested.
