The A/C unit was installed, has not worked correctly. I have been told they would take care of it, they were there twice still doesn’t work and the haven’t been back.

Two additional visits were done to repair faulty installation. Crew didn't show up when promised for the repair. One of the workers touched me inappropriately and hit on me. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Jamie was very responsive and emailed an estimate promptly. They showed up when they said and completed the job without trying to add any other costs. I was able to pay over the phone. It was a great experience for me as an owner of rental property. They were reliable, prompt and did an excellent job.

AMC rep. was at my home within 30 min. of calling me. He quoted the best price for a new central air unit and labor within the first 20 min. of his visit. He was our third estimate and $300.00 under the next closest bidder. I received no sales pitch at all. He didn't even ask what the other bids prior to his visit were. I agreed to go with AMC. They required no money down, payment would be received after completion of all work. They showed up the next morning. The Sales rep. showed up at 9AM the day of the install 30 min. before his crew. He wanted to brief us on what to expect during the install. Very professional in my book! The work was completed in a little over 24 hrs. after the bid. The crew was awesome they worked well together. The work was done very neatly, and all was cleaned up before they left. I have had three ac units installed over the years at different homes, this company is by far the best. I will highly recomend them for any AC projects.

I chose to hire AMC even though they weren't the lowest bidders. It took a couple more hours than originally planned, but my A/C was installed and running fine. They did the installation for the agreed price, and I was very satisfied with their quality of work. They are a class act and I would highly recommend them.

they were very efficient, knew what they were doing as well as cleaned and got the job done.liked what they offered now I have 10 year warrenty. cant lose with that deal! each year they are servicing my AC for me.
