I liked Jamie s quick response time and he came right out and did the work.

The technician called ahead to let me know that he was on his way and what time to expect him. He arrived on time. I explained to him the problem I was experiencing with the AC. After assessing the situation he explained what probably was the reason for the AC not functioning properly. He was right, a bad run capacitor. I think I found a good HVAC contractor that I will be using for further maintenence and service of my AC system when the need arises.

I had 3 estimates before. My whole condo units have the same 2 ton AC layout. When Jaime came. he cut to the chase and did not high balled me. He offered me the more superior 16 seers (vs 14 seers others offered) carriers AC, wrote down his price and I requested a slight discount and within like one minute, I signed the agreement. It s the most reasonable amount. And we set the installation date in two days and as promised the work is done in two days. I can t be more satisfied as of now. I would highly recommend Action Mech.

The work was done on time with reasonable good equipment. The follow up service was horrendous. Damage occurred because work was not done properly. They never responded to me about the damage. They just fell off the face of the earth.

They installed a damaged air conditioner which has been leaking since installation (the unit was dropped while unloading from truck). I called them and they said they would replace the unit with a new one. To date we have not heard from them nor have they replaced our faulty unit. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Honest & neat. Excellent customer service . Very satisfied - would highly recommend them.
