I paid for a misdiagnosis.

Jamie provided exceptional customer service. He responded right away and we had our AC installed the next day. The installers showed up on time, installed the ac,, and Jamie followed up. He provided all his contact numbers, receipts, warranties. Whenever I called Jamie I was impressed that he answered the phone on the first ring each time. Many of the other AC companies had voice mails and said they would call back. When your AC is out and you live in the Florida heat you want someone who is there for you. I can't say enough about the excellent service we were provided with the follow thru. Their prices were very competitive and actually was the best price from all the quotes I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

AMC Air did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I plan on using them for future AC maintenance.

When I needed them they were there the next day. They were then able to install my air conditioner the next day after that. He even worked out a deal with me to pay since I was unable to get financing. I appreciated that so much.

I have nothing but praise for Jamie and his crew. Our air conditioner stopped working Sunday Evening. I called him Monday morning and he was at our house before lunch. After inspecting our unit he told us we needed a new motor, which he could provide. But, suggested, since the compressor was 12 years old, we might be wasting our money. We agreed, also because the handler was about 15 years old. He offered us two different finance options. After thinking about it, and doing some price comparisons on -line, we decided to have them do the job because his price was below the average cost. Our new unit was installed before lunch on Tuesday. Quick, efficient, very clean installation. As of now, the unit is working perfectly. Certainly a lot quieter than the old one! Hopefully, that will continue. Jamie even registered our purchase with Carrier. That's great service.

our ac unit was purchased and installed within two days of the purchase. Jaime took time explaining exactly what we would be getting and answered all questions. The gentleman who did the installation worked very well and left with everything cleaned up and put away. Jaime came back today to check out the job and to make sure we were satisfied. Once again he answered all remaining questions and was so polite and nice. Hope we don't have to see them for a while and hope that their return service is as good as the intitial purchase!

Good, helpful, came out and fixed the A/C

The company was very polite and efficient. I had lots of questions but Jamie and Alex answered them for me . They even came on a holiday weekend and worked until the job was done. Excellent and reliable.

Not only were they the first to respond when my A/C died, they also gave me the best estimate. Jaime and his crew did a fantastic job installing a complete new system and duct workin a single day! Other companies I looked into said it would be a 3 day project. My house is freezing for the first time since I moved in!

Jamie responded right away. He visited the location within a few hours and submitted a competitive quote that afternoon. I hired him to install a new airconditioning compressor by the next day. He was proactive, responded quickly and was very polite and helpful. I will continue to have him service my ac system.

Called me within moments of me putting my info in, quickly diagnosed the issue and in half a day I had a brand new Carrier A/C system. Was very impressed with the thoroughness and speediness in which they work.
