Great price, fast installation and excellent service!! Highly recommend!!

They were very punctual on coming to check out the problem. They were very understanding of my situation. After the duct work was done, whenever I called them they answered my calls. One day my AC stopped working the owner came to my house within an hour as he promised me to and he fixed the problem that wasn't even part of what they had done. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you Jaime for your help.

the salesman George came on time gave me a total price of 3400.00 and spoke and understood English. The installers did not seem to speak much English which made asking and getting answers to my question difficult , but they did a good enough job and were clean and polite. When I was on the phone with the office to pay the bill it seems that the total price wasn't exactly the total and they charged me tax on top of the total Price which didn't seem right but I paid with no argument . The air conditioner is working great but I am still waiting for my receipt 5 months later. But all in all I still think it was a good deal. You might have to keep an eye on things and it wouldn't hurt to get a few more bids just to be sure.

Diagnosed the problem and recommended and whole new AC unit, over the next 3 months they were out 5 times putting refrigerant in the new unit, not checking for a leak. I hired another company for a leak test and found out that was the problem, not that i needed a new Ac unit that they recommend.

They were fantastic!

Jaime was very responsive- called right after sending in the lead, showed up before 8am next morning and we had a new AC installed by 1pm. Fair pricing on a Carrier unit, very responsive and easy to deal with.

I had my, air conditioner replced when I was up north. When i came back to Florida the air conditioner needed to have a few adjustments I called Action they were here within a few hours. Great job,

2 items in contract were not done, new thermostat and new electrical connection. Have to call them back. Bill paid. We will see if they respond.

Currently the return grill is supposed to be replaced, however they are telling us it is a 7 week wait . Will update when we receive the new grill

There was an issue unrelated to the original call when he left. I called and he came right back and took care of it!

I bought my AC unit from this company last year, so I wasn't surprised when I called them back for servicing, with the professional way that the technician did his work . He did a complete check up and servicing , and didn't charge me. He also gave me some tips on maintenance I should do until my next servicing.

Fast response to get the job, poor response to fixing the errors.

After 2 and 1/2 months job is complete. It took this long because the engineering work for required permits was being held up and permit could not be issued without the technical drawings heat calculation. Was a lot of aggravation, text messages and time so make sure permits are obtain first!
