Have not finish the job roof is leaking they will not respond to our needs.

I interviewed 4 other companies and the THR Rep Bowen was very professional, knowledgeable and gave me a fair price which in turn I immediately hired. The Office staff regularly texted or called me with updates and were very prompt in responding to any questions I had. The crew did a great job they showed up when scheduled and worked very hard to complete the job. Cesar, the supervisor, was on-site and very helpful with answering my questions. I was having a problem with ventilation in my garage and Florida Room with excessive heat and now with the new roofing vents both areas are much cooler. I am so pleased. Dealing with Total Home Roofing was a breeze. Chris Hawkins was my rep who took great care of me, with his expertise on the product and the method and the far price, him and his company won my business. The crew did a great job and George (supervisor) answered all my questions. If you need a roof you need to use Total Home Roofing!!

The job they did was totally unexpetable, their shoddy work caused nearly 50000 water damages, they have not acknowledged the problem and they have not responded to this issue. Anyone who chooses this firm should investigate them thoroughly before signing the contract

I have never experienced a company that cares less for its customers than this one. I signed a contract with Total Home. the roof replacement has not finished. The problems range from a complete lack of coordination, to multiple failed inspections (5 inspections failed). This company is not to be trusted. I have documented my experience, and I can tell you that this is not a one off case. You will not get a call back, you will be told that there is a coordinator for your project, but he will not call or coordinate anything. And they WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB to see if they can help me pressure the company to finish my project, or if I need to hire a third party company to finalize the roofing project.

Stay away from this company. They removed my old shingles over a month ago and they still have not put my new roof on. My roof is laying exposed to the weather with only under laymen They blame delays on the building department being behind weeks on inspections which is a big lie as I called the Building Department and inspections are done within 24-48 hours. They have failed 2 inspections so far and my roof still is not done.

Doug Kluener was a great sales person and pleasure meeting him. There were many on site staff that kept me up to date as the roofing went along.Jorge,Jerry and Eric made sure I knew exactly what was happening at each phase of work until the roof was complete

Very professional organization. Never had any issues. Would have liked to get status reports during roofing work.

They would never answer or return calls. They would not come out to fix leaks in the roof till I put bad reviews. Still waiting to see if they fixed the leaks in my roof that caused inside house damage. Could not get a dry-in inspection passed 4 times and counting. Left nails and trash and sharp metal pieces in the yard.

Good communication throughout the whole process. I was called daily to let me know what was going on and when. Jerry was my contact person and he couldn't have been nicer. Give them a call. Great price too!

Jason is the roofing consultant who took me through the project estimation of process. He explained the pros and cons of metal vs. asphalt shingles, the pricing and financing options. He got the contract.

He listened to our needs, explained well what was included in the the contract and gave a great follow up everytime we had to call him. On top the price was very competitive. I will recommand him to anyone looking for a new roof!

(The same crew also finished my neighbors home the same day. Am very happy with the project company from beginning to end!
