Total Home Roofing

I wish they would keep me updated but they do not answer their phone or texts they promised me the job would be done in two or three days today is the third day and no one has been here for two days.

I would not recommend anybody to use this company.

Jason Hurtarte was very explanatory and was able to answer all my questions. The roof was done in a timely manner and communication was excellent!!. Thanks, total home roofing!!!! Highly recommended.

We went with Total Home Roofing after receiving multiple quotes and sales pitches from various companies and we are so glad that we did. Jason Hurtarte was our sales guy & he's who really sold us. We spoke with no less than 5 other companies and Jason was straight forward, knowledgeable, and NOT PUSHY. Fast forward months later- our roof is beautiful, the crew cleaned up well, and we are looking forward to having a solid roof with this hurricane season coming.

Sharing my experience with Total Home Roofing after recently having my roof replaced. From the start after getting several quotes from contractors in the area Total Home was very competitive considering cost, schedule, materials used. My sales rep Jason was very clear on what Total Home would be providing and answered the many questions I had while considering my options with estimates I received. After selecting them to do my re-roof they were pretty much spot-on with their estimate of time to completion and how this whole thing would go. Considering a re-roof is one of the bigger jobs you will do for your house it is to be expected that this can be a very disruptive experience but they truly made it as smooth as possible. The job foreman Christian was very responsive to the very few issues along the way. He went out of his way to make sure things were done right and stayed on top of the job progress. The lead roofer Cesar and his crew did a fine job with attention to detail. Finally at the end I want to thank the area manager Steve Martinez for his support as we got through the final inspection. I am very happy with how the roof turned out after my old roof (23 years) was finally replaced.

I signed a roofing contract with Total Home Roofing on April 5th, it is now May 25th. I have not heard from them since. Luckily I did not pay them anything upfront. I have tried reaching them about my job many times and have been shuffled around and sent to voice mail every time. I have tried reaching my rep and he asks me to send him an email. I send him an email and still NO response. Now will be looking for another roofing company as I have no clue what the status is or when or even if they will be replacing/repairing my roof.

Excellent job start to finish!

Customer service was excellent all around. Jason Doran wrote up our contract very polite, professional & answered all our questions. Christian our project manager was on top of the job from beginning to end along with the head roofer Adrian who made sure everything was done properly & grounds kept clean. Everyone was very polite & respectful. Our roof is beautiful.

Project turned out great

Hired to replace our roof. From quote to completion they have been great. Price was competitive with better warranty than any other company we had quote. Project started on time, completed as quickly as inspection steps would allow. Communication from start to finish exceeded expectations.

Total roofing still has not finished my roof. It has been about a month and no shingles have been put on. Very disappointing in there work. A person named Steven has stepped up and got some work completed but still no shingles. Henry, the other guy left the roof drip edge only partially done and wood exposed for 2 weeks. Nails and plywood left in yard for 2 weeks. The house has received its permit. I am very dissatisfied with this lack of work ethic on Total Home Roofing. I would not recommend them. I need my roof completed. It is Sunday April 3rd. Would someone please help me to get Total Roofing to keep their word and finally finish my roof on Monday March 4th and Tuesday Match 5th.. There were some issues but they were handled quickly and very professionally.

Total lack of supervision. Damage to property. When you call to have anything done no one returns your call. Mixed two different shades tile on the roof. Failed to pick up mails and sharp metal shard from the yard

the team did an excellent job removing and completing the job in 3 days. still waiting for final inspection and replacement of torn screens to pool cage.

My entire experience from consult with Doug,the phone call from the office,Desiree,to the introduction to Christian Romero,the supervisor of the project was more than I expected. From the time the workers,3 young men who spoke little English came to start the work til the finish that same day they were very conciuos of what they were doing.They cleaned up all my property and because they were so young looking I was very worried as to thier knowledge. Much to my surprise they did a fabulos job I would recommend Total home Roofing to anyone who needed a job that would be done professionally.

Extremely happy with the entire project. Delivered as promised without any flaws. Project was very timely and everyone was extremely professional and friendly. From the first meeting with Darrin and the follow through with Christian I did not have any reason for concern. The employees working on the project were very professional, courteous, and focused. I very highly recommend Total Roof for anyone contemplating a roofing project.

My roof is still under construction since September 13th and I will like someone to take care of this due to it has not been completed and no one has worked on my roof in several weeks.

Very nice and professional

Start job on Oct 13 and has failed to complete. Neglected to protect our home and now water is coming in creating damage to our home. The company is neglective, has a lack of follow up and is nonresponsive.

Worked with Darrin, from the time he showed up till the completion of the project, he was there for me and did a great job. My roof looks great and I would recommend using Total Home Roofing!

Total Home Roofing did a complete tear off and re-shingle of our Port St Lucie home. Through their very detailed communication and photographs, we were able to confidently get that done while also coordinating the efforts of another vendor to install a super gutter that will be attached to the house and pool screen system. Compliments to Doug, Christian, Deseree and the entire Total Home Roofing crew both on the job and at the home office.
