Job went as smoothly and as professionally as I could ever imagine! Travis Was thorough in his inspection of the property and went over every detail of the job. Jonathan was my Field Supervisor and, along with Cristina in the office, kept me informed of every step along the way. Everyone was very personable and professional. The crew worked diligently and made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I was kept informed as to what was being done and when the next step would begin and end. Amazing!

Friendly, honest, and concerned...it turned out my roof was not my issue and they guided me to the right contractor for my issue. They went out of their way! My roof still has a good 5 years they told me, and when I reach that point, they will certainly be the company I call!

Total Home Roofing installed a Owens Corning roof in time for the rainy season, and the roof has performed perfectly in the daily Florida rains. Total Home Roofing as provided a Mitigation Report that was submitted to my insurance company which brought my insurance premium down.

Excellent company that stands behind their warranty and price guarantee. They had a site supervisor that made sure the work got done, was in constant contact with me and had pride in his work. They made sure you felt like they were there to provide a service and they take care of you. My new roofer for life

So far we are pleased with the workmanship and follow up since we had a leak after installing a new roof. They were very responsive and came out the very next morning. Our issue has been resolved for the moment. Hopefully, they will continue to be as responsive in the future should we need their services.

Roof vent were not connected, so both bathrooms and the dryer vent we venting directly into the attic, took number or emails with photos for them to come out, and that took 2 visits, and a week to install the correct roof dryer vent. Then the first good rain storm and the roof leaked,

Reason for one star is for the sales person David he was as helpful as he could be after the terrible job they did. To start, they did not repair the hole in the roof that I made everyone aware of from the beginning, there were multiple nails that were not fully nailed some already popping through top shingles, they got tar all over stucco that I had to repaint, the bent up many parts of the fascia, it took several phone calls and emails to get a response and that was only because I refuse to pay until issues were resolved. They came out 3 times to try and remedy the situation with each time with the promise of getting it done right. This is a seasonal house and when I returned 2 months later I still found several nails not fully nailed, I took care of these myself as I did in the beginning. Also, still torn shingles that are merely glued down. I fear that the roof integrity is not to be trusted, only time will tell. I would not hire these people bad communication, very bad workmanship and empty promises of getting it right. Way too much stress from a company that says they take the stress out of roof repair.

Super great new roof job on this large house and completed within 4 days - completed in late July 2017. The new roof withstood the fierce hurricane Irma w/o any leaks or problems!!!

Besides running out of shingles during the job three times, trying to get them to come back after running out of shingles, having them to replace a new vent that was bent, and the job taking ten days when I was told it would take three to four, it went pretty smoothly.

This experience has been a total nightmare. I have a hard time getting anyone to return my calls. I have had to be the go between with our insurance company and roofer. I am stressed and just want it to be over. The entire process has been exhausting ? Little to no communication from rep. Insurance company has made errors in paperwork which has also caused this process to be difficult. But, the roofing company could have handled it differently.

Alan came out to our home, inspected our roof leak (turned out to be a couple loose shingle nails), & patched it up for no charge. He even gave us some rough quotes on a roof replacement. I will definitely hire this business in the future.

Need closer working relationship between 'roofing coordinator', site supervisor and actual job venue. Schedules were missed and workers needed better support.
