AFTER MANY HRS OF RESEARCH AND 12 QUOTES LATER FOR A SIMPLE 2000 SQ HIP ROOF REPLACEMENT NO LEAKS BUT 21 YRS OLD. WAS LOOKING FOR A PLATINUM CONTRACTOR AND TOTAL HOME ROOFING SEEM TO FILL MY REQUIREMENT FOR A UPGRADED ROOF WITH OWENS CORNING SHINGLES I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR 5.75 SQ (going rate is 3.50 to 5.50) SINCE 4.5 TO 5.0 STARS AND SUPER ALL AROUND REVIEWS PER OWNER KEVIN DELANEY HUMANITARIAN AWARD,HOME ADVISER,ANGIES LIST, BBB, OWENS CORNING AND OTHER COMMENTS INCLUDED TOP VOLUME PLATINUM CONTRACTOR, RECOGNIZED NATIONALLY, CONSISTENTLY HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WELL, THAT HOOK GOT THIS FISH UNTIL ABOUT 20 HRS LATER I REQUESTED TO CANCEL THE UPGRADE FOR MY ROOF. WHICH BY THE WAY I WAS PAYING MORE THAN THE GOING RATE HUH OK.OTHERS WHERE LESS ALL AROUND. WELL, YOU GOT IT NOW SALES PERSON ALL RUDE NO RESPONSE TO MY CALL OR TEXT AND CS JUST ABOUT THE SAME. MAN FROM MY 12 STAR VIEW TO 1 OR HALF STAR. SO BEWARE IF ITS TO GOOD THEN NOT TRUE.

I signed the contract and was approved for financing in mid April; however, when they finally met with me in June, then told me that I needed to hire an AC company prior to them installing the roof! That was very frustrating... they could have told me months prior. Anyway, it took a few weeks for me to get a few estimates and find a trustworthy AC person that offered financing. Once that was secured, the roof was installed in just in a matter of a few days. They literally just finished yesterday (July 24). The roof looks great and passed inspection without any concerns. The price was very affordable, and it was convenient that they offered financing. Plus, their company (Total Home Properties) has been around for several years, so I felt comfortable that if anything happens in the future, they will stand by their warranty. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would; however, I would not set any timeframe expectations. *** UPDATE *** The roof that I purchased included a 15 year warranty. As I mentioned in the original review, this was one of the reasons why I decided to go with Total Home Roofing versus their competitors. On October 6, 2024 at about 7 p.m., I noticed that my laundry room ceiling was leaking. I went to my attic and realized that the roof was leaking (causing the leak in the laundry room and a crack in the ceiling). On that same night, I contacted Total Home Roofing and left a voicemail on (321)452-9223 and kindly requested a call back. The following day (October 7 @ 11:46 a.m.), I left another message. That same day, I went online to discover that Total Home Roofing was purchased by Angi (formerly Angie's List) in 2020. Please note that the leak is actually coming from the transition portion of the roof between a flat roof section and gable section. There is now a leak in the roof that leaks into my laundry room, and a crack in my laundry room ceiling from where the water and insulation caused the ceiling to crack.

From the beginning working with Chris Anderson and then Ely and the workers it was a fantastic experience, they are the most professional people to deal with. They handled every request efficiently. I was pleased 100% and would recommend this company to everyone.

The company was well organized and were willing to work with my solar company. The roof looks great.

First off, living in South Florida and being a home owner I have been through several issues with contractors in the past. I do not mind paying extra for a solid, quality job. After working with Leo who represented Total Home Roofing, I told him of issues I had in the past. Total Home Roofing ended up being the lowest price by 20%. They did a total roof replacement on both of my properties and all work was flawless and had zero issues. Juan Pablo was the field project manager. He called me on a daily bases and kept me up to date with all steps. ..................... I was a roofer in my earlier years and was roofing during Hurricane Andrews. Thank you guys !!!

We have a very old house and no one wanted the job because it was too hard. They replaced our spanish style roof. It looks EXCELLENT and we love it. Most professional and customer service driven people I know. I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

They did a great job, but after the job was done, I had some leaks. They were fixed, but they sent one guy for the roof repair and another guy for the interior repair, sometimes weeks apart.

Very professional company. We had a re-roof and have been very pleased with their service, communication, and attention to details. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

First rain after roof completed had a leak. 2 months, multiple contacts with multiple people at this company 5 times to come out and finally repaired. Not once did they recognize that I had extensive water damage inside the home because of the leak and how long it took them to actually fix it. Finally had to go through my insurance company to handle the 10K plus damage. Still out my $1,500 deductible. Have yet to hear from anyone at this company. They just wanted to avoid it and pretend it never happened so it would go away. I'd think twice before I'd hire them for anything.
