This is a very professional roofing company. From the sales staff to the cleanup crew they performed extremely well. They were on time for the work and stayed long hours to ensure completion. I selected this company for my roof installation because my sales rep was great and gave me the confidence to choose this company for a smooth install. Install has been a total nightmare. My project was supposed to start on Wednesday and a dumpster was supposed to be delivered the day before. there was no communication for the delivery, i had my cars out on the street since Tuesday night and it did not arrive until mid day Wednesday. the crew arrived Wednesday morning without the dumpster to tear down the existing roof. they laid out a tarp around my house since there was no dumpster. they next day (Thursday) they were here for about two hours and left. When I reached out to the project Supervisor, he told me they would be back later as they were missing some materials. The supervisor came by, told me that it was actually too late for the crew to come back that day, but that they would be here first thing in the morning the next day to completely finish the job. I asked him for a magnetic sweep because there were tons of nails everywhere and I did not want my dog stepping on them or eating them. he told me that the would personally do the sweep as he had a magnet in his car. He also told me that I had 6 left over sheets of plywood and that I would receive a $250 credit. Lastly, he told me that the dumpster would be taken out the next day as well, so that I did not have it sitting in my driveway all weekend. Friday comes along, no crew arrived, dumpster was not taken, job was not finished. I called everyone, they told me that there was a mistake in where they sent the crew, but that assured me that the job would be completed on Saturday. Also, I was no longer going to receive the $250 credit that was promised and after asking 4 TIMES for a magnet sweep, this was not done yet either. It is now Saturday, no one arrived, dumpster is still here, magnet sweep has not been done either. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY ON THE PHONE. So now here I am, $17k out of my pocket, working with the most dishonest company I have ever worked with. I have been out picking up nail by nail myself so that I do not get a flat and my dog is not harmed. My cars have been on the street for over 4 days and NO ONE has taken responsibility for this mess. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Total Home Roofing. They provided all I needed: good selection of quality materials, reasonable price and payment terms, qualified installation crew and most importantly a terrific sales rep., Patrick Hogan. Patrick was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and always available to address my concerns from beginning to completion. His attiude and work ethic made this project very pleasant and memorable.

Our salesperson was Darrin Herrick who explained everything that would happen from the point of contract. There were no surprises and the dates and progress was exactly as promised. We knew everyday what was going to take place and every worker on the job was very professional. They cleaned the yard every day and even swept the lawn with a magnetic rake for fallen roof nails. I would highly recommend Darrin and his company when you need a new roof!

They have not been back in 2 weeks and left work unfinished. They left 2 pails of tar open on the roof which quickly filled with rain. I am 63 y.o. and had to go on the roof and get pails down as they were overflowing and staining new shingles. They left loose shingles and rolls of nails on the roof. Maybe I am supposed to finish? I have had a dumpster in the driveway a month this Fri. I made the mistake of paying in full and have tried contacting my **personal acct manager** with no reply. If you use them DO NOT pay in full!

Chris Hawkins was our sales rep. He did a great job explaining the process for whats to come and went in to great detail on the process and knew all the answers to our questions. The great price also helped. Would highly recommend him and his company to any one!
