WOW! Will never use another company other than these guys. To start out, we had a scheduled appointment for 8:30 AM. The service technician, gentleman by the name of Brandon, actually called me an hour before to tell me he was in traffic and might be 5 minutes late. If that doesn't tell you something about this company than nothing would. Whereas other companies didn't know what exactly was wrong with our unit, Brandon immediately knew and the problem was resolved!. Found him to be extremely knowledgeable. To go one step further, twice when he was about to open up the front door to go to his truck, he came to us and asked that we watch our little puppie so that she didn't run out. I applaud the owner of this company for having people of this caliber. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Technician was very professional and thorough. I had been using Lindstrom for 10 years. and when I called to schedule my bi-annual service they told me soonest appointment was 3 months out. Gulfstream found issues with the line draining that Lindstrom was never able to fix.

They did a great job, like they always do. They were very professional, and I am very happy with them. They really know how to take care of their customer. Keisha, who runs the office was is very good.

Called at 8:30AM, left a message and Jason returned my call within the hour. I was fortunate they could accommodate me the same day and the tech (Luiz) arrived ahead of the scheduled time, resolved the issue, flushed the drain line and the handler pan, reinstalled the front cover and was done in under an hour! When I'm ready to replace my AC system, I will not hesitate to use Gulfstream Cooling. Try them - you won't be disappointed!

We have been using Gulfstream for several years now. Whether we need a tune up or our line flushed, they always come out right away and do a fantastic job.

Called Gulfstream Cooling Inc. the CSR arranged for a next day appointment between 8:30-9am. Technician Luis Resendiz arrived at 8:30am on the nose. He worked for over an hour, cleaning the drain line and tuning up my system. I was charged the Angies list rate. This is the second time that Mr. Resendiz has visited my home. He is excellent very professional cleaned the drain line and tuned the A/C Unit. Gulfstream Cooling is an excellent company, they installed my new Bryant system approx. 2 yrs ago. Don't faint but Mr. Tota and his company are first and foremost Honest and excellent, their pricing is competitive and their tech's top notch! The Bryant system is excellent running cool air at a minimum cost per month.

We came home and found that our system was leaking. Although it was after hours, we called and our call was answered immediately. Within an hour, Mikey showed up to provide service. As it turned out, we had previously had the system serviced and were within the 90 Day Warranty. To our surprise, there was no charge!

In all respects, Gulfstream did an outstanding job. They were responsive, professional, and reliable throughout. Wayne was able to fit the Bryant/Carrier model I wanted above a water heater, and in a small closet, while other contractors tried to steer me to a lowboy Rheem model that I didn't really want. They were willing to accomodate my need to remove the old air handler one day, and return about a week later to install the new system so that we could get some mold remediation work done - all without any additional cost. And finally, their price was very reasonable, even less than other estimates for inferior products. I would definitely recommend Gulfstream without reservation to anyone needing a new central AC system.

Jason and his team are amazing. If possible I’d rate then A ++ across the board. Extremely professional and responsive. Excellent quality product at an excellent price. I’m extremely picky, and all my expectations were exceeded. The install team was phenomenal. On time, professional, courteous, and happy to answer any and all questions I had. Once they were done everything was cleaned up, and you’d have never known they yanked out two old systems inside and out, and replaced with new systems. I highly recommend Jason and his team ........ if you have any AC needs, look no further. I’d choose these guys ten time out of ten no question. Extremely happy customer here. They earned my trust and will be the only AC service provider that I will ever call going forward. Just an outstanding job by these guys. One last point to comment on...... at no point did Jason try to upsell me on anything. In fact, when I wanted to add a second air purifier, Jason felt that one would do, and if I choose to later we could install a second one. Honesty and integrity.......... you can’t put a price on that.

I came into this being a bit skeptical of all the positive reviews. I was extremely happy with the job. All contact dealings were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. And the estimate came in the lowest of the four I received. Everything delivered exactly as promised.

The A/C in our condo froze so we contacted another company to come in and fix. They charged $99 for the visit and told us it was low on freon which was added (at a cost of course). If we wanted to check for the leak it was an additional $250 with no guarantee they would find a cause. Since the A/C was an old unit, they recommended changing it. We decided to call Gulfstream for a second quote. I called the office and told Keisha (she is great) that I wanted to pay for a service of the unit so they could go clean it, check it out and in addition, give me a quote for the replacement. She recommended to not get the service and just get the inspection for $29 (which we did). Wayne came over today (who was awesome), did a thorough inspection and determined that the problem was a couple of the connectors were missing seals and that was causing the freon leak. Also, he indicated that although the unit was older, it was in great condition and did not recommend changing it. Very happy with the service all around. Highly recommended.

The job was done quickly and done very well. It is a company that does not push you for a sale. They were straightforward and honest. I was very impressed.

They did a good job with installation. We had problems with the thermostat and they came out immediately and took care of it. Very professional company that we will use again. We would highly recommend them.

Fantastic! - Wayne was my service technician & I highly recommend him, he worked extremely hard to clear the blockage. Pressure had built up between my upstairs & downstairs units (they have connected drains) & caused an overflow of water. Wayne worked efficiently & professionally to clear the problem, thank goodness he knew what he was doing! Gulfstream Cooling is a quality company & very highly recommended - you will not be disappointed!

great young man they sent out to our home for service. While we came across an issue after they came for the service they were prompt on returning and resolving the problem. No additional costs only friendly and thorough service. He found what the problem was and with a simple fix we have not had a problem since.

Fixed the problem. No more water leaking.
