When we got into the "cooler" months, February and March (in 2013 we had several 40 degree nights) we went to turn on the heat and there was none. We contacted Mr. Glover who responded with something like "I knew I forgot to do something." However, he would not committ to coming out to fix the problem, even though we paid him for the equipment and service for that part of the HVAC system. We hired another central air service provider who told us that even if Glover had installed the heating unit it would not have worked, or worse could have cause real damage since he had completely confused and installed the wiring INCORRECTLY! The new service person corrected the wiring and installed the heating segment so we could get that which we should have had initially after Glover's visit. We tried contacting Mr. Glover by phone and he never answered our calls nor returned our messages. We sent him a certified letter, asking him to refund the monies we paid for the heating part of the unit, as well as the extra labor costs we incurred from having to hire another service company. The letter also had a return receipt/acknowledgement of delivery form attached.' THE LETTER CAME BACK TO US UNABLE TO CONTACT, RECIPIENT/REFUSED. It's not even a question of quality of work, it's a question of honesty, accountability and responsibility to perform the work promised.
Description of Work: After we moved into our home, we discovered that the air conditioning unit was completely full of mold (something that should have been obvious to the home inspector, since it was so pervasive, but he missed it - but that's another review). We got the name of this service from another service provider who new Mr. Glover personally and recommended his work. Mr. Glover was affable, kept us informed about our options and it appeared that all work went smoothly The air conditioning worked very well. The contractor was fast, cleaned his workspace and was seemingly efficient.
