This Contractor is very experienced and conscientious. The City Inspector comments were high praise.

Carlton repaired a section of our barrel tile roof. They needed to remove the tile, cut out & replace plywood Roof, install new tar paper, replace barrel tile. Also they were supposed to remove and replace soffit wood which had water damage. They completed most of the above - they did not reinstall barrel tile with cement (which is standard practice) but rather used caulk. Hope this doesnâ t create an issue down the road. Also, they did not remove the water damaged soffit board, which I will need to do. What they did do which was not required was install 20 feet of tar & stones on a portion of the roof where there were gaps - that was very much appreciated!! Overall, very good experience.

They kept in touch while I was waiting to receive the insurance payment. They scheduled an appointment to start work promptly and were very patient and understanding when there was a delay in receiving the insurance payment. As soon as I was able to ascertain funding, they scheduled an appointment to begin work promptly. Their crew came when they said they would, and the job was completed in a timely fashion. They cleaned the worksite thoroughly and promptly, the workers and staff were polite and friendly. I am very happy with the quality of their work and everything about this company. I recommend them highly and have already recommended them to friends. I feel very thankful that I found this excellent company to do the roof repair.

Carlton came out and gave me a detailed explanation of what the repair would enatail, and was the only roofer that provides a two year warranty on the repair! That's an incredible value, especially in rainy Florida. He was professional, efficient and I will gladly recommend Carlton and use him again in the future. An honest and relaiable roofer is a must for every homeowner in Florida and I will never have to look for another roofer again.
