Hurricane repair of 4 leaks in the Master Bedroom. They came out on Memorial Day holiday day and I went on top of the roof with Mr. Carlton where he explained to me what he recommended. He did not oversell me and he gave me a fair flat price with a 3 year warranty of $1350 for repair of area of around 10 by 17 feet and repair of around another 25 lost shingles so I decided to contract him and not keep getting other estimates. They even repaired a few broken shingles on the neighbor's side of roof (4 units/building) to avoid leaks over there would impact my side. Very professional and high quality work. New company with very experience owners. I highly recommend them and I am considering doing the rest of the roof with them. I did receive a detailed quote with the warranty terms and around 20 before and after pictures of the job. It took around 6-7 hours to do the work.
