Courteous and professional. After the original inspection and quote I had a slight problem with the insurance company. When the problem was resolved I sent them an email to let them know I was ready for them to put me on their schedule, this was a saturday. On monday I got an email back with a date and time that was two weeks away that enabled me to get the day off from work. They took photos of before, during and after the roof was repaired and emailed them to me. So far so good. No more leaking.

Very pleased with Carlton Roofing. Very reasonable pricing. They provided us with dozens of photos of repairs, before, during and after they did their work. Two of my neighbors were so impressed, they hired Carlton Roofing also. Excellent experience! I'd never use anyone else.
