Generally an okay experience. Price was competitive and they completed the work quickly. They could have communicated with us better and some of the work was left incomplete and a little sloppy. To their credit they were prompt to respond and to correct it.

Appreciated that this company actually seemed to analyze the defect and propose a unique way of dealing with it -thus avoiding major metal panel intrusion (and expense) Have had one or two light rains to test and so far no leaks. You might say that when it comes to roof repairs, Carlton has 'nailed' it!

I would recommend this company to my family and friends. The owner was very professional and so was his staff. They did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. My Roof had more damage than expected, but he honored the quote he gave me. This company has integrity and I recommend them highly!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE ON TIME,DID WORK WITH NO INTERFERENCE TO ME. IF I EVER NEED ROOF WORK AGAIN I WILL BE CALLING CARLTON ROOFING FOR SURE. I HAVE HAD OTHER ROOFING CONTRACTOR BUT CARLTON ROOFING PUTS THEM ALL TO SHAME.

Initially we thought we needed new roofing on a flat section of our roof. Carlton came and told us that was not necessary. He saved us a lot of money. He showed up when expected, explained the entire roof resealing process, cleaned up when finished. Did a very good job. I would highly recommend him.
