As a retired Gen.Contractor, Carlton would be the only roofing contractor I would use on any of my projects. He repaired a flat deck leak at my house. by temporarily patching areas until the weather would allow him to complete the repair w/a Silicon product. He is responsive, extremely knowledgeable about how to solve your problem, and explains how it will be done.. His pricing is good, workmanship is excellent and his wife is the best at customer service and follow up. Use this company.

Carlton has amazing customer service skills, easy to contact, very nice man. He was easily able to find the leak on my roof with a pretty fair estimate. His employees did the work and were done within 2 hours tops. Eventually need to get my whole roof done--I will be going back to him 100%.

They were neat and on time let me know if they were running late. I had an issue he answered my call same day came next day and fixed the issue. I had many estimates no one explained like Carlton did. He answered any and all questions.

We had Carlton Roofing install a clear plastic roof over a pergola. This was a very unusual installation (and one he hadn’t done before), however Carlton evaluated the project, purchased the correct materials, modified the existing pergola to drain properly and got it done. He started on time and completed the job in only 2 days (with 2 helpers). His price was fair (especially considering the cost of materials). The moment he finished, we had a downpour, but No leaks!! I had 3 other companies come out to give an estimate. Mr. Carlton was the only one to crawl in the attic to actually find the leak. He gave me a price for the job, brought his crew out on time when pormised and within a few hours had repaired our concrete tile roof. It has subsequently rained heavily...NO Leaking.
