The owner informed me of up to date changes in schedule and the staff was courteous and polite. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Ace Pro Roofing co.

Jim was very patient with me as I navigated several projects at one time at the property. He gave multiple courtesy calls, clearly explained the job and my options. Very attentive from the first call to last!

Very professional from the estimator to the workmen. Came on time, completed the work as promised. Cleaned up the work area. I would hire again if needed and recommend them to others.

Good follow up but we just hired them. The work will not be completed for another 3 weeks.

I can't say enough about this company, especially Jim, the project manager. Everything was done in a timely manner. Their price was very fair. Since I am unable to climb onto my roof I can't say what the quality of work is. But the pictures they send and the fact my roof is not leaking would indicate the problem was fixed. I would definitely recommend this company.

The work has not been done yet we signed a contract but the work has not been done yet. Got in contact 10/31/2019 with Ken Morrison about a time the contractor would be here to do the work because I signed the contract with him. He informed me he had told me it would be at least two weeks to do the job and reminded me it was only nine days and not to worry it would be done. His attitude was so nasty I will never use this company again. I was only wanting to know if they were on schedule nothing else. He complained that I had called him three times this day and that it was 8:00pm when I last called him. When he came to my house to get a deposit the time was not an issue and he threaten to cancel the contract which was fine with me just refund me my deposit. I have been in public service all my career and know how to treat customers and this is not the way. I was only wanting to know if the company was on schedule and nothing else. I will never use this company again.

I never leave reviews but my experience with this company and their representative Jim Riolo was outstanding. Not only did they perform an excellent job but Jim was there 100% of the time, returned every call, very fair price and was available to help with any concerns or questions. Even at a time that because of personal issues he was dealing with a difficult customer he was professional and made sure I was a happy customer

Thorough professional job!

I have had roofing companies come by to give me estimates on a leak in my roof, never had any confidence with any of the roofers until I had Jim Riolo from Ace Pro Roofing. I was so impressed by his knowledge He examined the whole roof and explained the process, took pictures etc. explained everything, workers who came were great and so professional and polite, I highly recommend this company as one of the best i have dealt with in South Florida

I contacted AcePro Roofing this morning and within a few hours received a call from Jason Bowling their project manager.. I told him I had a few loose shingles and he said that was no problem and he would be here in around an hour to check them out.. He was here within the hour and said it appeared I had some wind damaged shingles and that he could replace them right now... He did an excellent job and the price was very fair too.... I would highly recommend Jason and this company for any roof work and will definitely call them again if I have any more roof problems... Joe K.

Jim R from Ace Pro Roofing couldn't have been any more helpful or professional. He showed up when he said he would as did his repair workers. They did what they promised and cleaned everything up. When I needed additional photos for my insurance company, Jim came out AGAIN to take the necessary photos. I will absolutely use Ace Pro again if needed and highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

Very professional.Actually did the job while I was out of town and e-mailed me the pictures of the completed job. Also agreed to show me exactly what was done when I returned. Tony and Suzanne were both a pleasure to work with.

Tony turned around from where he was going and came back to my home to consult on a potential leak (and this was Memorial weekend). Fortunately there was no leak, but I needed this information in a quick turnaround for selling my house. He was very kind and professional. I would recommend Tony to everyone.
