Although he was not able to repair my 12 year old refrigerator, he was courteous and helpful. He said he wished he could have done more to save us from having to buy new. I will call him again if something else needs repair. He definitely knows his stuff.

I set up my request for quotes early on Monday morning and Ron from Accent Appliance responded immediately and was able to meet me at my house at 12:30 the same day. My refrigerator light was on, but both the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling. He felt that it might have been the relay, but unfortunately we learned it was the compressor and the unit would need to be replaced. Ron felt terrible that this was the case, knowing how hard it is to get appliances delivered at this time. He recommended the best place to go to replace the refrigerator. I very much appreciated how quickly Ron came over and also how caring he was about my predicament. I'm holding on to his card, even though I hope I never have to use him again!

I would highly recommend this business. The owner responded to my request within a couple of hours and fixed the problem with my ice maker the same day. He was very prompt and very friendly and even showed me how to fix the problem myself if it happens again. I am completely satisfied with this business and won’t hesitate to use them in the future!

Vendor came the next business day even though it was not urgent. The diagnosis of the appliance was give within one minute. Repair done in 1 hour. Appliance works great now. Vendor also took the time to answer questions even though it was not directly related to the repair. I would recommend!!!!!
