Take it from me, do NOT use this company. Appointments were made then rescheduled at first multiple times. That should have been a hint. Then when they come out, they continuously did the work incorrectly. When we asked for management to get involved, they sent someone else out and all their workers did was verbally bash each other. When they finally came out to correct the areas that they messed up, the owner by the name of Steven called my husband and started yelling and being rude to us. Mind you the work still is not complete and we were overcharged because now they do not want to come out and fix the rest of their mistakes. This company is ridiculous. It gives small businesses a bad name.

They responded quickly and their availability was immediate. I thought the price for the job was fair. Also, customer service was good at keeping in touch on their arrival time. I recommend this company.

Came out quickly to take a look one day, seemed knowledgeable in the problem I was having with sprinkler valves. That same week, one day after a cancelled appointment due to weather, two other guys came out hours late due to a traffic issue, dug around for a bit, then left, never to return. The issue isn't their expertise, but customer service. Constant delayed communication is not a good business practice, in my opinion.

Had a 6" tree root push up the sprinkler pipe and break it. Kevin from J & S Plumbing, Irrigation and Well Service, LLC came out the next day and did a great job fixing and rerouting the sprinkler pipe so the tree root would not be damaged. Bryanna did a wonderful job getting it set up for the next day and both called me and texted me with the time Kevin would arrive. When the job was done she emailed me a copy of the invoice and receipt. I highly recommend this company as they are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
