Do not use this company! My well pump was not working. I made the mistake of calling them because they were the first to respond and had a high rating from HomeAdvisor. They sent someone over 2 days later to repair the system, charged me over $600, said it was fixed, and said they replaced a valve on the tank etc. When I got home that evening, I till had no water, wires to the pump were disconnected, the valve on the tank was not replaced and was now leaking, garbage was left on the ground around my pump, and the water was shut off. I spent the next 2 days without water. I called J and S and spoke with Steve who promised to come first thing the next morning to fix everything. He claimed that he just fired his repairman who worked on my system. The next morning Steve did not show up first thing as he promised, and finally after I called a number of times, he sent over another well service company to my house. That company confirmed that basically everything J and S had done was wrong. The new company connected part of the system and has promised to install the valve that I paid J and S for. Steve from J and S repeatedly promised to refund me $200 for what he called all of my inconvenience. I did not ask for a refund. However, when I called about the promised refund which did not come as promised, Steve became argumentative, belligerent and rude and no refund was provided. My system is still not properly repaired and I am out $600, 3 days without water and many hours at home not working because of J and S. I cannot express enough how unprofessional and inept this company is.

I had a vehicle destroy my sprinkler; literally yanked it out and left a near 2 FT hole . J&S responded to my call and had two service technicians at my home in less than 2 hours. These technicians were professional and skillfully confident as they assessed the problem, explained the status and necessary repair. Once completed, the office called as per my satisfaction and any further questions. The price was less than anticipated. Highly recommend this company !

Now it seems that the owner, Steve called me an a****** and yelled over the phone at my wife. They have not completed the job as contracted and I still have unfinished work yet to be done. On Monday I am calling State of Florida to issue a complaint against them. As a former Realtor, I am going to pass the word to all my friends in RE to avoid them like the plague! I do not like bad service under any circumstances. They tried to charge me $500 for running a pvc pipe line under a sidewalk! This company does not deserve to be in business! Here is my final analysis: I had another company come in today, Mon - 11/4/19 - and did not have to cut sidewalk - just a 90 degree elbow and a tee connector on other side - the job was done. However, to finish the job properly, it cost me another $225 for their work left undone!
