I dealt with them from California and Brazil and they were very thorough and honest in all aspects of the project. They were timely in their pricing feedback and in completion of the project. The warranty was a great incentive since the house which needed the new roof is for sale and this will improve it�s resale value. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brock, the owner's son, was very professional. His quote was competitive, coming in significantly under a big box store's. His crew arrived early in the morning and worked until late afternoon. They cleaned up everyday even using a magnetic roller to find stray nails. They finished the job on time which amazed us because we have a big house with a lot of roof. We highly recommend Shingle Masters.

They were very professional, handle my mother with kit gloves. the quote was well inline with others that bid the roofing job. They came out replaced the roof, cleaned up the debris.. took pictures of the roof after it was completed all in two days! I would highly recomment there company to everyone in the Tampa Bay Area!

They came on time and spent the time to determine the cause of the leak. They came the next day and repaired the roof, completely cleanup and removed the waste and re-tested the roof to make sure the leak was fixed. No hassle, quick professional service.

The workmanship was excellent and the job was completed within the time frame specified. Brock, the sales representative, explained the options offered and the contract very clearly and concisely. He was very helpful in helping to select color combinations and shingle grade. Additionally, the price was very competitive and the company extended a senior discount. Their proposal had no 'hidden' addendums that would strangle my finances. Brock's presentation was impressive, straightforward and all questions answered. Michael came with his work crew, supervised it from start to finish. There was extensive wood damage that they repaired and did not cost extra, as it was already explained in their contract. Other contractors stated that they would have to add on prices for various stages if other things were required along the way, but not with Shingle Master.
