Raptor Treescapes

They arrived uninvited asking for work. They had done work for me last year, so I let him cut down a tree and trim a couple others. It was the end of the day so they were to come back the next morning to finish trimming a few palm trees. The weather turned bad so I wasn't surprised I didn't hear from them. Then I called Bill Shook and he said he was on the way. I waited all day and he never showed. I then call him, he didn't answer. I called his partner and left a message. Russell Lynn called me back yelling that I was threatening him. I told him his partner failed to complete his work and that there was a lack of communication. He calmed down and said that "he promised" to be out by Friday to complete the work. Well that came and went. My husband called and told him to either finish the job or return the $90.00 that we paid to have that part of the job done. He said he would come by with $90.00 cash on Friday (today, Dec. 13, 2013). He did not show. Neither phone is being answered. I have learned never to help people who walk down my driveway.
