Mcaneny Builders

His name is Lenny McAneny, he is a contractor and he and his son are absolutely superb in everything they have done. He has been in it for 40 years. His son is holding the license and he is a graduate in engineering. I call him for anything to be done. He has also built a house for me in the woods that was a million plus dollars. They were able to fix the water leaks. It was a plumbing disorder that was down in the foundation and it was hard to fix. He is on his own warranty service and if anything goes wrong with anybody that he has ever worked with he goes out of his way to help them. He knows all the skilled people because he is one of them. He brings the skilled people when he needs. He can do anything himself almost but he brings people that really know their stuff. He grew up in New York area and his father was a cabinet maker and so is he. He can do anything. The house he built for me was done through a company that he had worked for and he was in charge of all the construction so he was up there, it’s a long way off he was oversees everything very carefully. He is very responsive and responds immediately.
